      We hired Acres Paving to redo our driveway (excavating and laying of new asphalt). Contract which will be attached is in March 2022, excavating took place in April 2022 and paving was done late May 2022. The contract states that the warranty lasts 2 years ****** * ** *** *********. We have been trying over those 2 years to get Acres Paving to fix the issues with our driveway (holes in the asphalt, cracks). I have sent multiple emails to them and called them with not much response at all. I very seldom received a response back saying don't worry we have you covered but nothing happens beyond that. The warranty is over now and we feel that they have not held up to their end of their contract. All we have asked of them is that they live up to their contract and fix the issues. The lack of them responding has caused stress in dealing with this situation. *** ********* *** **** *** **** **** ** *** **** **** *** *********** *** **** *******

      Date of Transaction: Work Started July 5th 2023
      Cost: $10,000 for excavation and paving of new driveway $8,500 for interlock work on front and side steps
      Commitment : ****** *** ******** ***** ****** *** **** ********** Basically the work to be done was to excavate and pave a new driveway as well as do interlocking work at the front and side of the house. The front got a new porch and steps while the side got new steps and a small patio area.
      Dispute: Have been asking the contractor to come and repair the front steps and the driveway for weeks. The steps are lose and shifting and are now becoming a tripping hazard for us and the children, the driveway has a number of weeds growing through indicating the gravel work was not done properly. The agreement for the interlock clearly states in line item 8 that there is a 3 year warranty on the work. The original contract sent over also has a hand written note stating a 3 year warranty seemingly indicating for the driveway and the interlock work.
      Communication: Contractor responds to emails saying that they will call to schedule the repair but no one has called to reach out, just keep brushing us off.

      We hired Acres to remove our existing driveway and repave for a price of $6,900. The removal was done and the driveway was paved on September 29th and was paid in full. We weren't home when the paving was done and when we got home that night we noticed that they had paved over the curb at the end of the drive way. The driveway now sits atop of the curb and flush with the curb as it should be. We texted and sent pictures to the salesman ****** ******* over the next few days and he responded back to us on October 4th saying that he would come at the end of October to fix this for us. We took him on his word and waited to the end of October. He never contacted us nor came back to fix the issue. My wife who was the main contact for this has been calling and texting ***** and the Acres office since the beginning of Novemeber and we have not recieved a reply back from either. We would like to have them come back and fix the problem as promised by *****. There is a 2 year warranty on the work so there should be no reason why they haven't contacted us to fix the problem.
