    They moved my water softener and it has been constantly running ever since, and now we have no water pressure. I’ve tried calling them but their phone line is out of service and I can’t keep showering with no water pressure. Also I can’t keep having this running and escalating my hydro bill. They also just changed filters and if it is running through them they will also need to replace them because it is only to regenerate every so often. Please help.

    On June 26, 2020 I had Pure Eco Solutions install a water softener in my home, and I have had problems since. The first technician installed it wrong connecting it to our hot water tank rather than a cold water line. The technician also ran a line to my furnace which leaked and I had to get a repair man to fix it and he was the one who noted the softener wasn't installed correctly. When they came to fix this issue, and move the softener, they *** ** **** *********** *** left a large mess for me to clean up. Instead of securing the house anywhere they just left them hanging and put two holes into the wall, one of which isn't even being used. They also left tools behind and a large oil or chemical spill on our driveway. Getting them to come and service the softener has been its own challenge. Recently they were supposed to come on Nov 17th, but there was no call and no one showed up. The customer service rep was very quick with us because she was on the way out the door, an hour before the hours posted on ******. When we called to see why they didn't show we were told that we hadn't called back to confirm the appointment when it was a miscommunication on their end and they were to call us back. I have had enough of dealing with this company and I just want my money back, $6698, or for them to take care of their product.
