    Do not respond to telephone calls. Did not install it properly. Would like to get problem resolved as soon as possible.

    THIS IS DOOR TO DOOR MARKETING *** ****** ** ********** ** *** ** * ****** *** *** **** ******** ****** *** ** ****** We are in the middle of selling his house and I did some digging on this water system and the payments to provide to the agent.
    After calling *** **** Financial and requesting a copy of the documents signed, I was blown away. **** ****** ** ******** **** **** ******* **** My dad *** ***** ********* ** *** now has to pay $8,888.50 to get out of this. The total obligation was $14,430.10 for the Water Treatment System.
    On August 11th, John C. came to his door with a flyer and convinced my dad to do a water test the same day. He told my dad that his water was not drinkable and due to his health it would be a good idea to have this system installed in his home. Not to mention this was during the COVID pandemic.
    On the cover page, it mentions that my dad specifically invited him into his home to purchase your products and that he would receive a "prize". There was no prize delivered and a representative from your company says you have no record of the "prize" that is mentioned. I was told you do "scratch contests" for prizes if you sign up for your services, which you no longer do. * **** *** ******* ** *** ***** *** **** ****** ** ****** a $14,000 water system for his house and this information was not presented to him in a way he would understand. According to your office, the appointment was scheduled for August 11 which is the same day they did the installation.
    The system is non transferrable and *** **** Financial said the only way out of this is to pay off the remaining balance. **** * ******

    Property Damage( flooding)due to faulty installation . Still waiting to date to hear from the organization despite repeated calls ,voice messages and correspondence from my lawyer. Very ************** and irresponsible business practice.
    They have not responded to calls to even do the yearly maintenance as per the contract.

    Have to say I’m very pleased with this company and their services. Water has never been better. Thoroughly enjoying our new system and excellent servicing. Friendly staff. Very accommodating. I would highly recommend.

    We were told at the time of purchase that the water would have a PH of over 7.5. We have not received the proper PH since the rep left our home. It took several years, but the company changed the unit due to it being defective. Unfortunately, with the new system we are having the same issue. This product is overpriced compared to the market and it is not as advertised. If I did the due diligence of investigating this company, and compared it to ****** and other suppliers, I would not have purchased this system.

    **** ******* ** * ***** They sell you a system and you finance it and end up paying more because interest is accured daily. You never can pay it down. Never return phone call especially when it relates to money. Bought **** in Jan. 2023. They said they would join 2 finance accounts together and they would pay off the original loan. I found out that I had 2 accounts and they never paid off the loan. It's Sept. and I'm still trying to resolve this issue. They had me paying for a $10000+ loan instead of 7000+ loan. Paid my portion off and finance company still coming after me. Stopped payments. Next step if they don't respond is litigation. ** *** *** **** **** ******* ** **** *** *** ****
