    On June 3 2025 l obtained one line of prepaid from Lucky Mobile for $29.99. This is to be topped up on the 3rd of each month. They used my Debit Card on the lst of July for $33.90. They did not notify me of this transaction. l was furious. I told to return the money yo the Debit Card and close the account,,Never were they to use my Debit Card again. This was illegal.They never returned my money and ****** the line.These people are rude, unprofessional and crooked. l don't know where my money went. l have been with Bell for over 6 years and because Bell and Lucky are one in the same l am going ti cancel my account with Bell.l contacted Lucky Mobile 5 times and spent 12 hours on the phone. I have never been treated so bady. After reading other reviews here l can see they do this often.

    Frustrating Process & Poor Communication
    If I could give a lower rating than one star, I would. The chat box was completely useless, and after waiting, I was transferred to a live agent who tried but ultimately failed to resolve my issue.
    I suspended my phone based on the information provided on the website, assuming the process would be straightforward. Instead, getting it unsuspended was an ordeal just so I could use a new SIM card in a new phone. After an hour of waiting, the chat agent admitted he couldn't fix the issue and gave me a phone number to call.
    Since I had no working phone, I had to use my neighbor's phone to call customer support. Unfortunately, the agent on the phone was difficult to understand, and I was informed that I now had to visit a Virgin Mobile store with ID to restore my service—something I wish I had known from the beginning. Had I been properly informed, I would never have suspended my phone in the first place.
    Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience, and the lack of clear guidance and efficient customer support made it even worse.

    I recently tried to port my number from Lucky Mobile to another carrier, but my experience with their outsourced customer service has been incredibly frustrating. Their representatives repeated the same information like parrots, without actually listening or helping me resolve the issue.
    My initial porting request was rejected because we entered the phone number instead of the account number. The account number was difficult to locate and seemed deliberately hidden on their website, making the process unnecessarily complicated.
    Now, we are preparing to submit a second request, but this will cost me extra because Lucky Mobile charges the receiving carrier for each submission.
    I just wanted to say that the customer service is awful, and based on this experience, I would not recommend doing business with Lucky Mobile.
