On October 27, 2023, I got a replacement set of torsion springs from *********. As they did not have the right size spring of 2", their technician ended up making a conversion to ****". I ended up with a pair of springs that were shorter than the original ones. After seeing that I went back the next business day to ask if there was a mistake on the conversion, but the tech was confident in his conversion, basically telling me to crank the heck out of the springs. There was no way to get this 9ft tall door balanced as these springs were way too short. I went back again and asked to see the conversion calculation from the technician, where I noticed that he had plugged in the wrong measurement in the calculator.. ******* would not take my springs back nor reimburse me, so I have a useless pair of springs on hand. I did not make a mistake, I even offered the right measurements, but the tech would have none of it. I reached out to the operations manager, but I never got a reply or a phone call. Torsion springs are supposed to be sized for ***** cycles... (Fyi, when you go from a 2" spring to a ****" spring, you should end up with a longer spring, not a shorter one) I ended up going elsewhere where I got the proper conversion, and proper springs. It's beyond me to why they were so far off in their mesurents and would not own up to it.I want my money back, that's it!

Requested repair of garage door on January 27th, 2023. Garage door was installed in 2015 by this company and their phone number is on a sticker on the inside of the door. Despite repeated service requests and calls, no service was offered until March 13th, 2023. Repairman showed up unannounced with no prior notification. The repair was done to an unacceptable level and images were sent to the company the same afternoon. (Attached)
****** ******, *******, called me on Wednesday to collect more information on door in question, and offered to replace the defaced panel. I was also informed that I will not be charged for the repair but charged for the panel replacement when it arrives.
Two weeks later, credit card on file was charged by the company, leading to the cancellation of the CC in question. Company was contacted with no response. They called me back at a time when I was in a lecture and could not answer the phone. Despite several attempts to contact them, the business has either not answered the phone or not responded to subsequent emails.
