      When a spring on our garage door broke, *** sent a technician as soon as possible to check it out. Not having a spring of the right size, he made a temporary repair so that we could use the door. A few days later another technician arrived with the springs and did a perfect job of the final repair. He lubricated all moving parts and inspected the safety features as well. I could not be more satisfied.

      Installers damaged the ceiling of the garage, drilled holes into the flooring every 2 feet over 12 ft, left some kind of foam sticking out of the door on both side which took hours to clean...The business is ran incredibly poorly, from errors in quoting to borderline fraudulant behavior with credit card information handling. The only star is there for the Garaga brand. I recommend Garaga, but find another installer, please.
