    This company is completely a scam - my 82 year old father has been duped out of $20k for 2 wall A/C units and noone from MADA will return his calls. I will be pursuing legal action. DO NOT GIVE THEM A ***** OF YOUR MONEY ~ only got one star because I had to give one to post this

    Called to set up a home assessment through ************, only offering heat pumps. I asked to clarify why his contact wasn’t on a list provided by ************ of companies providing home assessments and he said because he does a pre-assessment. Once I said my husband installs heat pumps he hung up.

    Its a scam to sell a Heat pump. Goverment programs do not charge you. To replace ur exsisting equipement. Saying electricity is better then propane. Telling you a savings of $$ on your regular bills but must pay them $$ that adds up to double the price. And unable to cancel the contract. Goverment programs to do charge you to save money.Fixed income and no extra money. There is no way i can afford another bill. Sry not good business and very pushy salesman. Really wanting to convince to me sign. Would not leave me the scribbles and fake calculations so i can talk to ***** about it. Promissed it all detailed in a email he would send me. And never received it. Zero contact info to get more info. All this explains to be its a scam. Never sign if push into a contract. Fake logo of BBB on the rough paper of scribbles. Logo is bigger then the ******. And unable to keep it. It was ripped away from my view after i asked for it to show *****. Or even a picture so i know the numbers to repeat to *****. I was denied the info.

    Stay away from this company. We purchased an **** through **** they didn't tell us that they subbed out their work. The company that did install the **** were very professional when installing. We had asked this company for their business card, in case something went wrong with the unit. They said they were not to do so, we where to contact Mda if there were any problems. Thank goodness I took the # off of their van while they were working on the ****.Unit was installed on April 16, 2024, weather got warm on May 18th, switched my unit through the thermostat to air conditioning. Got an error saying something wrong with the air conditioner temp. had rose 5+ degresses. I called Mada before their posted closing time, left a message and a text and have heard nothing. I had saved their saleman (our contact person) # and I called and left ***** a message about our problems. He did call me back on the Friday night (5:30 p.m.) and said he would have a technicial out to look at the problem the next day. (Saturday). We have not heard from anyone. **** was going to have someone come to our home and do a final test on the vacuim, pressure of our home, (I think that is what it is called) so we can recieve our Government rebate **** said we qualified for. We also don't know if they have registered our warranty for the unit. We know nothing. All I do know is they were pretty quick wanting payment.STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, QUICK TALKING, SUB- OUT THEIR WORK, AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
