    On 2024/11/06, I purchased oil (product # ***-9968-0) from this branch to do an oil change for my vehicle. I went to the garage to do the oil change, the mechanic and garage owner told me that the oil is not sealed and that its colour is too dark compared to what it should look like (they also said the liquidity for it wasn't right). The mechanic refused to use it in the car. I took the oil back to this Canadian tire and told them I would like to know how this happened to ensure it doesn't happen with other customers in the future because I usually get oil from different branches and never had this situation. They simply didn't believe me and didn't care. The manager did not even care to see what went wrong and address the situation. This made me have to buy another oil from the garage itself for a more expensive price. - The cost of the oil is ***** without tax. - I also tried contacting their customer service via phone as well and they promised they would give me a call within 5 days and they did not. - I would like a refund for the oil since the business was supposed to sell me a sealed useable new oil. And I have tried multiple ways to contact them and nothing has worked.

    We bought an Iron on 29 August from Canadian tire **** ************* ********* and tried to return it the day after. The item was never used and it seemed there was small condensation in the iron (Probably due to rain). Everything is intact, box, wrapper and wire strap. During the return I was told it was used while it is clear it has not been used. We requested to speak to a ******* the manager and she implied I'm a liar and was very rude to me. This a very big insult and honestly I need an action to be taken against the manager
