Action Restorations just completed a weeping tile replacement and foundation waterproofing at my home. Water was seeping into the basement. They were punctual, professional and very hard working. Did a great job and I would highly recommend them!

Unlike many people in the field of construction, he was on time and updated us with his ETA. ******* was very helpful to respond quickly to my request when I reached out through his website. He helped me to temporarily stop water flow through the foundation until he could arrive for an onsite visit. He was reliable and came early morning as promised to help diagnose water diversion on my property and prevention for future leaks. He repaired the leaks in the foundation quickly. When my 100-year-old foundation needed repair, a company (not Action Restoration) came and dug a big trench saying that they were "testing" the state of the concrete. They then appeared saying that major work needed to be carried out "ASAP" and pressuring me to make an immediate decision on a price that was communicated orally. When I said that I wouldn't accept their estimate unless it was on paper and before first consulting other companies they left, abandoning the open trench. When *******, of Action Restoration, came on the scene the first thing he told me was that the trench was dug illegally (because the gas and water lines had not been located first). Then he suggested I have a structural engineer assess the state of the foundation before proceeding any further. That turned out to be wonderful advice! It gave me insight into the true state of the foundation (which was not as dire as previously claimed) and clearly set out what needed to be done in a document which I then gave to contractors before they bid on the job.In the end I went with Action Restoration and am pleased I did. All work was done quickly and well. Communication was good and they were straightforward to deal with. I highly recommend them.Action Restoration Foundation Repair

Once the floor was out there were more problems that needed to be addressed. ******* knew who to call and that kept the project moving along. ******* installed concrete exterior window ***** on my 70+ year old house, which was a small job but he made time for it between his normal big projects. This is the second small job he's made time for, the first being a crack in my foundation a few years ago. ******* does really good work and puts alot of thought into what he's doing so that there are no mistakes and the work is long lasting (which is really important with concrete). He has also gone above and beyond the job and did little things around the house that only he noticed since he's the expert, which I had no clue about and was really nice. I'm really lucky to have found *******. He's really good at explaining what needs to be done (and doesn't need to be done), which made signing a contract with him a formality and working with him a pleasure.Action Restoration Foundation Repair
