My wife and I were very pleased with the work ******* and his team did on our home. We were surprised when we found our foundation needed repairs and ******* was prompt to respond to our request and was happy to share his many years of knowledge with us so that we could understand exactly what repairs our foundation needed. The work itself was done on time, on budget and looks great. I'd recommend Action Restoration to anyone needing foundation work.

We had, what we thought was going to be a 'small' parging job on our 60's bungalow, but *******'s expertise, eagle eye and decades of experience flagged a bigger issue that could have cost us $$$$ and much damage in the future. He and his team worked tirelessly, through extreme heat at times, to fix the issues and make it better looking that it was originally. AND came up with a creative way to address the damage that had already been done to our stone/brick near the front door. VERY happy with the calibre of work and the service. Highly recommend. We had a garage floor replaced and repairs made to the foundation near the front of the garage. Action Restoration walked us through the process and explained the next steps. as the work progressed. When a couple issues were discovered they presented options for repairs and quickly adjusted the plan. They showed true concern in getting the work done right and provided oversight for the cement pouring sub-contractors. An experienced and professional contractor. The new floor looks great. We live in an older 5 unit row house. Over the years, Action Restoration has done work for all our neighbours, ranging from extensive to minor. No job too big or too small. Recently we had our foundation repointed. This required first removing an unsightly stone covering that seemed to have been blown on. Once removed, the original stone foundation was beautiful, even more so after all the work was completed. ******* responded quickly to our request for work and monitored the job throughout. ******** was a very skilled worker and kept us well informed on the work being done. Action Restoration just completed a garage floor re-installation project in our older home. The project grew in scope and intricacy due to unforeseen previous construction anomalies. *******, the owner, was very prompt at flagging the issues and finding appropriate solutions to the complex change in direction required. He helped us through the process in a professional and expert manner that only many years of experience can provide. Throughout the project, ******* and his team were extremely professional, courteous, punctual, respectful of our home and belongings, and very clean and tidy as well. Impeccable work! This was a major renovation: full replacement of a whole section of our basement and complete brickwork on the facade of a 3-level heritage home in ***** **** (******). ******* was exceptionally flexible (we had all kinds of delays), he dealt with the various challenges that came up in a creative and professional way and he went out of his way to accommodate us. The site was always clean and to the highest standards in terms of safety and security. We were also given many useful tips and recommendations for the next steps of the renovation (paint work, landscaping, electrical work etc.). Quality workmanship at a competitive price. They completed the job in a timely manner to a very high standard. Pride in workmanship was evident throughout the process. After seeing the finished product, I have already asked them for a quote on a larger job for next spring.
