    We were at the ****** outdoor cottage show April 13th 2025. Spoke with **** and quoted us a price we agreed on. Said that the green house would be delivered that week. Its been now six weeks and So called CEO **** ******* will not return calls or messages. Called daily and he would promise to call back. Never did. Anytime for that reason. Told us one day that the greenhouse was being delivered that day and no delivery. Still waiting for greenhouse. These people have no people skills. He promises things and yet never delivers. As for now we are still waiting for the delivery of the greenhouse also a phone call but NOTHING. Won't even explain anything. Just makes you call them. Now he won't answer phone. Very annoying. Amazing how he can treat people like that especially seniors.

    Be wary when considering commissioning Bennka Landscaping/Sheds. This is an honest review of the management team of Bennka Landscaping/Sheds, **** ******* and **** *******, and not of their workmanship as the product and services were never delivered after waiting six months. After attending the March Home Show and viewing their display of sheds and talking briefly with the owners, we met with **** ******* on April 2, 2024 and ordered 2 sheds, providing Bennka Landscaping/Sheds with a generous down payment. One was a standard 10x10 and the other was a larger 10x16. The larger shed was a special build in order to store our recreational vehicle. **** was very thorough ensuring that all additions were captured and said delivery would take 4-6 weeks. Well, after dozens and dozens of follow up calls and too many broken promises by ****, we are now 6 plus months later and still waiting for our sheds. The level of communication from **** has been appalling. When I asked him why I am the recipient of this unacceptable level of customer service and lack of accountability, he was silent. If I did not call him, there would be no updates. Important to note - **** will not call you back even if he says he will. To say that I am extremely disappointed is an understatement, as I did my due diligence when researching Bennka Landscaping/Sheds. They are a partner of the Ottawa Home Show, ******** Approved and a member of the Better Business Bureau. As of today October 15, 2024, I still have no sheds and an open dispute with my credit card company (Resolved December 1) to hopefully receive my product and get this done before the snow flies. Still no sheds.
