  The owner first came over to give us a price. He said 1 truck 2 men that is all. I Locked in the price because I didnt want any surprises.They came over with a 24ft truck and 3 very polite ************* 2 of which could not speak English.They crammed 90% in and said they needed to charge for a 2nd truck. I argued but did not win so I rented a uhaul for the balance and had to pay them an extra $100.00 ea. and say nothing to the owner. My furniture was placed in their supplied storage for 6 months at $1,000.00 a month. When they arrived to deliver and opened the back door it was a total wreck everything on top of the other. Once again I had to rent a U-Haul to bring my furniture to the new home. I cant begin to describe the damage there was, so much. I have pictures to show some. They said they would come back to repair and they did using crayons to colour the gauges out of the wood. They said they would need to come back to repair the leather sofa and the Swede sofa and they never did. Also many boxes were missing and it turns out during our rental term he was forced to get out of the storage site so he had to move all of our things out so he moved them into a large dirty warehouse with mice, mixed with other moves he had done. Needless to say they got mixed. We went down and found some our ******** many things missing like expensive crystals, dishes, clothing etc..If there was a ***** I would be hard pressed giving that.This was April 2024 and we are yet to hear back from them.I could go on but I am running out of characters so I am leaving you with ************** looking at the 5 star reviews they received it looks like they were done by people who work for them or possibly family *********** Look at the days they were submitted ???

  The prices were very reasonable and my colleagues from the moving company were sociable and efficient. There was no damage to household items.

  This company does not even deserve 1 star. The worst experience I have ever had while moving. Two movers arrived and started packing the truck. After an hour or so I noticed there was nothing happening. I found one of the movers sitting on my couch watching ******* videos. He then informed me that the other mover had to leave. Neither one of them bothered to inform me of this and wasted 45 minutes of moving time. After an hour another mover came and completed this job. The sub-in employee than made me drive his car to my new location as he was the only one able to drive the truck. I needed to bring my car to my location but was basically told I had to drive his car. Once everything was unpacked at the new location I spoke to the owner on the phone and expected a discount as this was the most unprofessional experience I have encountered. The owner absolutely refused to give me a discount or listen to any of the madness I had endured. As I was clearly upset and was vocal about it the owner than told me to watch my mouth when talking to him. I am a women and could not have felt more disrespected. I asked the owner to email me an invoice so I could look over everything and he absolutely refused. He then said the mover would not move the truck from my driveway until I paid in full cash. Please never, ever use this company. The owner is not only providing horrible service but is a horrible person.

  The team treated my furniture very politely and respectfully. They were very patient when I asked them to move the carpet an inch!

  I have a lot of experience with these carriers. I did a lot of homework on hourly rates on different websites/movers and none of the this movers matched.
