      From ****.C : In June,2024, we had to switch Telecommunication Companies on Long distance from Selectcom to *****--as ***** wanted to strip the Copper from our House. As it was they did not-- but had threatened that we will lose our Phone Number on Land Line I have had since 2000,if not granting them permission to do so. So, we had to shut off SELECTCOM to go with *****. I notified SELECTCOM, we were switching Carriers. But I still had a Credit for $21 and change I wanted refunded. Talking to ***************** a *********, I was promised she'd chat with Accounting for a re-fund. This was on July 16. Returning from a Vacation, I was cleaning up some old E-Mails-- and found there was SILENCE from SELECTCOM--This is now October 3rd!! I send ********* off an Inquiry as to what is happening with this $ yesterday. I think they will chip away at this credit until there is nothing is left to ******** No reply from her yet... planning to report this ******** to BBB. It is not a lot of Money-- but owed to me-- so don't like getting fed a Lie.

      They continued to bill ** for over 2 years after our lines were moved to another provider. This is terrible company to work with. Do NOT do business with them.
