      I ordered front and rear brakes for my 2012 dodge caravan I recieved them somewhat timely however the rears are too big for my vehicle and it appears this is the norm for this company they recieved my money but apparently not my emails to correct this issue. So they closed my new case. I guess I have gotten ripped off by theses people. Will not recommend them I will spend the extra with rockauto.

      Worst company to deal with bought front & back shocks from them only to find out they sent the wrong ones asked for my money back & the refuse to refund me. They are nothing but a scam

      Paid for a full set of break pads 6/3. Received only one set 6/20, was told they shipped them separately. Asked for a refund on the one I didnt receive. Went to install the one set I did receive only to find out they were way to small to fit in my caliper. Been going back and forth with this company for months. The customer service rep says to pay for shipping back to them even though I didn't make the mistake. Had to dispute the charge with my bank. Buyer beware!

      My brakes and rotors came in on time as expected and my car runs better than when I bought it. These people are just the unfortunate people that something unforseen happened to. The people that get good products are less likely to report a positive review. That's why it's all negative. ***** CR-V 2011 perfect brakes and rotors. It even stopped making a scraping noise it made some I bought the car 5 years ago.

      DO NOT order from this company. I bought a caliper and it was not delivered to my house. They shipped it with **** (bad choice), and they keep saying it was delivered since it shows on **** end. Smh. Theyre not wanting to refund me so now I paid for a part that I dont even have and still have to purchase somewhere else. PLEASE BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!

      DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY 3 months after I installed a pair of control arm from this seller, I started hearing noises from the front of my car and noticed that my front left tire had lost track of it. I put my car in the garage and started driving my truck. Finally yesterday(after 3 months)I had time to look at my vehicle, first I went to the wheel alignment place, they said the left ball joint was defective and they said that the part should be changed before for the wheel alignment. From there I went to my mechanic and he told me that the left control arm was defective and was wobbly on the right side.I immediately contacted the seller and asked about the warranty of the product, they told me that the warranty period of the product has passed and they can't do anything. I lost 1 tire because of the cheap part this seller sold, I have to buy the part again, I have to spend money on the mechanic again. I had an estimated $500 expense just because of this piece. Don't make the mistake I made and buy some better quality product, don't buy from this seller.

      Avoid at any cost!!!! Worst company to deal with. Their website don't have correct parts under the selected vehicles, so they send you wrong parts and won't take it back for exchange or refund. Don't waste your time and money buying from this company.
