      I ordered brake shoes and drums on June 2nd they were supposed to be here I paid them$83 I never got my brake shoes or my drums I called there they're giving me the runaround or to be there in an hour or *** is going to deliver it they did not give me the correct tracking number for *** *** did not recognize it they're a scam company beware they are a scam company I reverse payments at the bank got my money back

      Search engine and description said the brake parts were correct for the vehicle( 1/2 dodge) received something that was drastically smaller and was told that I got what I ordered but the ad convenitly disappeared. They refuse to admit the mistake and to get a refund we need to ship it back and pay a restocking fee shipping would cost $90 the part cost $120. This company is scamming it customers with no remorse. AVOID AT ALL COST

      Terrible company! My story is similar to others. I ordered parts that were supposed to fit my vehicle but the rear brakes were not the correct product. The online representatives are awful and not helpful at all! Now theyre blaming me for not double checking each part when the brakes were sold as a set. Such a scam company

      Great experience with my first purchase with Autoshack. Bought drilled and slotted front brake rotors and brake pad kit for my **** Saturn Vue. Quality and fit was perfect. Being an Aerospace Machinist I can tell that the rotors are of the highest quality that can be expected. Ordered through Amazon.

      My daughters grandfather bought her *** daughters grandfather bought her a jeep patriot 2012 so that she would be safe. She was eight months pregnant. He told me she needed brakes so I ordered all four at this point I have not seen the car but because the website says it has dis brakes all the way around thats why I ordered. it has drums on the back now because its been over three months they wont take them back Never used never out of the box and not even my fault will I order again probably not even though Ive ordered before and theyve done good. But to be that ***** and not credit or anything just sorry for your luck. I wont buy again so definitely check your parts, she had a beautiful baby boy. and I was able to order the correct parts from rock auto who shows that they have drums so auto shack you ****..

      this people don't sell good parts they definitely cheaper. and looks good. but don't last long. i bought a radiator and mounts later the thing burst right on the bottom side. by the aluminum veins they refuse to work something out. They said sorry and told me to have a good day

      I purchased a mirror for a Ram **** Truck. After I placed the order, I read several testimonials stating they were unhappy with their orders.       HORRIBLE company! Would choose ZERO starts if possible. I trusted this company for purchasing brake rotors and pads for my vehicle and found it was a big mistake.Their website provides you a place to input your vehicle's exact make, model, engine size, etc. After giving that information, I was given several options of brake rotors, pads, and calipers to choose from that stated "FITS (MY EXACT VEHICLE)". When I received them, they were not the correct size. I informed the company of their error and they stated that I was responsible for checking the fitment of my current brakes and the ones I was purchasing... I relied on THEM for accuracy and now I am responsible for the return shipment cost and restocking "fee". Despite "guaranteeing to fit", I'm stuck with the cost.I will never purchase from this company again and after reading other reviews, I think they should be shut down for repeatedly doing this to customers.

      I ordered front brake rotors,calipers,and ceramic pads. They Sent me the wrong parts and are making me pay shipping to return them. After speaking to customer service, which was very hard to understand ( bad english ) and after trying to make me instal the wrong parts so they would be non returnable, they said I ordered parts for the wrong vehicle. I've been a mechanic for 26 years and they are definitely the wrong parts.

      I ordered some center caps about 7 weeks ago and still have not received my product yet. I have called emailed and they even have a text line I tried that also. I can't get anyone to answer anything. I wish they would either send me my product or my money back. Would never recommend this company for anything. I wish they wouldn't make you give them a star 1 star is to good
