      Your customer service is worthless I bought a catalytic converter from yall and you guys only warranty it for 6 months.. A PART THAT SHOULD LAST YEARS!!! YALL ONLY COVER IT FOR 6 MONTHS AND I BARELY INSTALLED AND THE **** THING MELTED ALL 4 BRAND NEW 02 SENSORS and your customer service is basically saying f*** you and Im out 600 F*** THIS COMPANY I WILL MAKE SURE THIS WORD GETS OUT TO EVERYONE YOUR PARTS ARE GARBAGE YALL CANT DO THIS TO PEOPLE ROBBING ME OF MY MONEY. WHAT A F****** JOKE!!!

      Worked here for 4 years plus ive seen / used some of the parts ******** company uses cheap Chinese parts/labor I dont recommend using this company even if you need cheap parts they will not last you and your better off saving yourself the headache that is dealing with their customer service.Probably some of the worst business practices ive seen at a company, and will do anything to turn a marginal profit including ignoring their own rules/safety measures.

      This company is a joke. Stay far away from them. They have an excuse like no other. They didn't give me a full refund. They price match today's cost. Item were damaged and missing. ******** STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM. WHO KNOWS WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED. THEY ARE A REAL JOKE.

      Not a fan anymore, they refunded my account 1/3 of the payment . They did not have the correct parts to swap for my wrong order . So the refunded my account 1/3 what was paid in ... sorry , not how you do business.

      I'd give a 0 but it wouldn't let me. I spoke with a representative and he gave me part# to order for car. I did more searching and because this was fastest company for shipping time we went with them. So I ordered the parts based off what representative gave me. Received parts today 01.11.23@ 12:39pm and when arrived they were wrong. Called to get these shipped back and get correct parts sent on 01.11@2pm but was told I had to pay for shipping because they "couldn't" find my phone call. So now I have to pay for their representative mistake!!! This company is a scam!!!!! Making me pay $90.00 in shipping cost for $143.00 part. This way they get the New NEVER removed from box/plastic wrap parts back for 53.oo to resale Full price. They made money off THEIR mistake and I have to pay. RIP OFF COMPANY!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

      So I ordered part and paid for express shipping however the package is due to arrive 5 1/2 days after ordering. An extra $36.00 for delayed shipping They should place a disclaimer that ONLY if you order the part before 2:00 pm on Monday they can provide Express shipping and if not they cannot provide Express Shipping, my thoughts anyhow

      I purchased some slotted brake rotors and pads off of them in October of 2022. Had the new rotors and pads professionally installed about a month later. Within 3 weeks of having these new rotors and pads on my truck, the pads went bad, which I had to locally source myself to have replaced Since I bought them through Amazon, I was told that I would need to contact the 3rd party seller(Autoshack) since they were the seller. Autoshack told me that they would reimburse me for the new parts minus any labor costs, which came to a total of $105.98(and I had to pay another $85 for labor). About 2 weeks later I got a refund from them of only $35.39. After messaging the to tell them the amount of $105.98 was what I was promised and that the amount refunded of only $35.39 was wrong. The $35.39 was never discussed with me and was told one thing, that I would be receiving $105.98, and got stiffed for the remaining $70.59. This is a classic bait and switch where they tell you one thing and deliver something completely different. I will never do business with these crooks again. If it were possible to give them 0 stars for a review I would have!

      I'm a very p***** of customer I had a very rude supervisor, and between her and the other employees I've been lief to so much. I paid for express shipping, and DHL hasn't even received my part yet so it can be delivered. The supervisor hung up on me. They've given me 2 different days that I will be getting my part. Then they change those days. I have never had **** a horrible experience besides with ***** Right now Autoshack and **** are the worst companies to deal with.

      I have bought ceramic brake pads from Autoshack back in August 2022. I made the order for a 2019 ****** Corolla Hatchback XSE 2.0 Litre, I have received the order a week later, did not get the chance to install my brake pads until November, when I found out that they didn't fit my vehicule. So, I inquired to them saying that they didn't give me the right product. Which, they claimed that because I ordered for a 2019 ****** Corolla 1.8 Litre and that I was past my 30 days, they couldn't help me. But, I sent them a picture stating that I in fact ordered the right product and it was THEIR MISTAKE. They keep denying any responsibility, and went ahead to give me a list of vehicules they would fit on and suggest that I sell the brake pads locally. Seriously?!?STAY AWAY from These crooks, I wish I had spent the extra money elsewhere! ****** learned!
