    My wife reserved a 2025 Toyota Hybrid RAV 4 LE Hybrid on 23 October 2025, and made a $500 deposit to reserve the vehicle at Bank Street Toyota. She was told by the dealership on 23 or 24 April 2025 that the vehicle would be ready for pick up on the weekend of ***** April 2025. Then today she was told by the dealership on 25 April 2025 that the 2025 Toyota RAV 4 LE Hybrid was no longer available. The reason given is that "Toyota is pulling the 2025 RAV 4 from the lot to make way for the 2026." The dealership first claimed that no one from Bank Street Toyota had called my wife on 23 or 24 April to inform her about an available RAV 4 LE Hybrid. In a later conversation they said they had called my wife to offer her a Toyota Corolla. My wife insists that this is untrue, she was certain the offer on ***** April was for a RAV 4 LE Hybrid.
