    Bought a new RAV prime there in 2021. First lost my $1000 deposit. Eventually found. I bought the extended warranty. Found out later at another dealership that I was sold a third party warranty. Not Toyota Cares. Booked appointment for a vehicle part recall. Told on arrival, part wasn't in or available - "no ETA" for the part. Went home and called another dealer and booked a week later. No problem getting the part and replaced in an hour. I would not recommend this dealership. Friends and family with similar experiences.

    The service department offered to diagnose my vehicle for $1000 as there was suspicion of a manifold or catalytic converter issue with my 2018 Sequoia. This was my only option after many unsuccessful visits to the service department where my service light on the vehicle remained on. My suggestion to have a colleague look at the vehicle for a second opinion was refused and it "wasn't possible." ********** I offered to come back with the vehicle at a more convenient time. The service technician worked with Toyota ****** in order to try to diagnose the issue based on the codes that he got. In the end, I didn't feel that a $1000 charge was reasonable and I felt that that they wanted to wash there hands of this problem....hence the huge cost for further investigation.I went to a non Toyota repair place and they repaired a gasket in that same general area. The total cost was 250$ for repair. These issues could have been avoided if the service department would have spent some extra time as a team to look at the truck. They won't get my business again but I hope this kind of customer service is improved. Would rather drive to further Toyota dealership in the future.

    Be careful with your *************** The calculations they are using are manipulating .. Ive purchased in the past 4 plus years 1 Toyota Tundra & 1 Toyota 4 Runner both times I had to challenge them on how they calculated and did win both those , they have deceptive number practices Tried leasing a *********** 2023 4 Runner last week again the Numbers did not add up after challenging ***** the (so called sales manager ) He said the price adjustment stands so they are adding thousands to This vehicle that are not sanctioned by Toyota ****** to make extra profits on the **** I will never shadow the doors of this dealer in future ..
