    Un seul mot: exceptionnel. Nous expdions beaucoup de marchandises travers le monde et nous avons des comptes chez DHL, *** et autres. En passant par Secureship, nous avons de meilleurs prix, l'interface web est trs simple d'utilisation et que dire du support! Un envoi a t endommag pendant le transport, le service (******) a t trs efficace et n'a pas lch jusqu' mon ddommagement complet! Merci!

    Secureship is a great service for comparing different shipping couriers and selecting the best courier for your needs. An online dashboard provides a quick and easy way to create a shipment, and multiple couriers are easily compared for the best cost or value. You can generate a downloadable shipping label from any of the provided couriers, and also schedule a pickup. The website will lead you through the process to create a shipment and will also provide prompts related to whether the shipment might be considered as an oversize or large item. A quote is provided and you can pay Secureship directly for the shipment. If the item is larger than expected at the time of shipping, Secureship will provide you with an updated invoice on a monthly basis. The Secureship dashboard allows for items to be tracked, even if you utilize different courier companies. Moreover, the Secureship company is friendly and will often e-mail customers to check and see if everything is going well.

    I contacted Secureship, to pick up a package for delivery. It was very frustrating from the beginning. The Driver said that he wanted a different slip, from the one that I had printed out, as directed from their website. With some going back and forth, he finally accepted it. He gave me the impression that he did not want to do the job that he was doing. One would think that I was asking a favour of him. After he picked up the package, someone called me from Secureshhip and confirmed the address and all of the other information. It has been over one month, since my package was picked up, and was never delivered. Despite several emails to Secureship and receiving promises that after 10 days they will reimburse me, so far they have not. It is my opinion, that they had no intention of reimbursing me for the lost package, and was just wasting my time. I do advise not to use this Company. This has been a very frustrating experience for me.... added to the fact that I lost money when my package was lost, they also wasted my time.

I understand that you experienced a delay in the resolution of your claim, and I apologize for any frustration this *** have caused.After reviewing your claim record, it appears that you initially went to the carrier directly to start the claim, but they closed the investigation due to a lack of information. We have since reopened your loss investigation and provided the carrier with all the necessary information to proceed with the claim.I want to assure you that our team handling your claim has received the last missing piece needed to move forward. Your claim is now at the final stage with *** and should be approved in a few days. Once the carrier approves your claim, our billing team will issue a credit for the declared value of the items. Please note that you have NOT been charged anything at this point and we will make sure that you aren't charged anything for the shipping expenses.We understand the frustration that this delay has caused you. Please know that we are doing everything we can to have a positive resolution from ***.     I decided to use secure ship to move my things And they had the ************ they were late to pick up my stuff like just one day late to pick up from my location but they responded very well when I called them and they rescheduled the next day and things was delivered on time within five days and it was a lot cheaper
