    I reserved a spot in a lot in Ottawa and paid for it in advance through the website. When I attended at the lot for my reservation, I was unable to park because there were no spots available. They refused to give me a credit or refund, or to compensate for the additional fees I had to pay to park somewhere else. I was actually told by this company that they don't hold reservations made in advance online (cue ******** speech) in some locations and if you want to be guaranteed a spot, they "encourage" people to secure it with the local property management separately. It did not say this anywhere on the website or app at the time of booking, nor was it communicated, in any evident way or at all, that there may be any additional restrictions related to the parking reservation I had made before or after I paid. I received a written confirmation of my booking with no additional stipulations. There is even a whole pdf guide on their website about how to make a reservation and they neglected to mention that they don't necessarily hold reservations. Their customer service was not able to point me to the terms and conditions supporting their refusal to credit my fee, or to even explain what service they are providing in exchange for reservation fees, if not holding the reservations.

    Extremely unethical company. I used their app to pay for parking at one of their lots and since my family has two vehicles, both have information in the app. When using the app, it does not have an option that "pops up" to confirm which vehicle you have that day - I accidentally paid for parking for the wrong vehicle. I then realized what occurred, and paid for the correct vehicle. I emailed Indigo, and the response was that it's my fault and that they would not provide a refund unless I paid a fee to cover the cost of providing the refund. Terrible customer service and they are happy to essentially (in my opinion) steal your money if you make an error using the app. Avoid their lots and services at all costs.

    Very predatory. Avoid at all costs! All the reviews here make a lot of sense. At 141 Colonnade in Ottawa, they ticketed many cars when their machine was broken with a signage to pay at the other machine when THERE WAS NO OTHER MACHINE ON SITE! When some of us contacted Indigo, they told us to communicate with the building admin, building admin told us to call city and city told us to call Indigo. I have called and left message but no one returns the call. They haven't replied to my email even though their automated message mentions a service standard reply period of within 48 hours. We should involve our legal team and BBB to handle bad business practices.

    Good afternoon, we understand that your City infraction was approved for cancellation, by building owner, the delayed response was because property management needed to speak with their tenants to see if you worked in the building.. If at any time the pay meter is non-functional, our mobile app is always available as an alternative. Thank you

    The location on Sussex does not inform clients how to pay. There are no instructions. My QR code does not take you anywhere. You have to use your camera. I had to leave the car and stressed the whole time as I had no idea how to pay. Why are they allowed to run a garage without any help available or instructions. I think its deliberate so they can issue tickets. Avoid indigo parking at any cost.

    Arrive at work running late 9:05 AM for my 8 hour shift, there is no manual pay meter for parking on P2 at the garage at Zibi (125 *****) and with the extremely slow moving elevator and me already running late I opted to head up to the office and login... by 10:18 AM I had paid my parking via mobile app, at full price as usual, for the full day. I go for lunch at noon... someone ticketed me at 9:21 AM, less than 20 mins after arriving, 90 dollar fine. So unreasonable is my thought... this ruined my friday... I don't have 90 dollars to throw away. I plead my case saying exactly this and am denied "because I paid at 10:18 AM and arrived roughly 1 hour earlier, for an EIGHT HOUR SHIFT. No too bad, says indigo parking. Well here is your review, and it will appear the same on all apps and websites I can find you on. *************** and I wish to heck we didn't have to use you at all. I am complaining to senior management at our govt agency as many others have been talking about how much we hate indigo and wish we could just park elsewhere or not use indigo at all. Do not bother contacting them as you will not be presented with reason - ********** grubbing company - as all the reviews say about them.

    Good morning, it is the responsibility of each parking customer to ensure they have paid for their required time onsite, immediately upon arrival. Our customers, since the start of the global pandemic, have been asking for cashless/contactless payments, which is why many of our locations are now exclusively mobile app based (also very convenient, allowing you to purchase time remotely/while walking to your office). From your comments above, you were parked for over 1 hour without paying, apologies but the city infraction "is" valid. Our service team in Ottawa is stacked with professionals, none who would simply dismiss you by saying "too bad"...No one wants to pay for parking, it can be expensive, we understand; enforcement is used only to ensure we collect ***** bit of revenue each property owner (including ZIBI ownership) is ***********..Thank you Indigo

    Ridiculous rules and terrible service, never using Indigo parking again. I made a simple and honest mistake on the app by selecting wrong car for a daily pass and, assuming I would get a refund, bought a second pass with my correct car. I emailed customer service, showed my two receipts, and their response is to charge $11 admin fee, same amount as a daily pass, to refund the amount. So awful.

    By mistake, I paid twice at the machine for my parking. Indigo refused a refund since it was my mistake and not theirs. Curious that their machines will let you pay for the same ticket multiple times without realizing that the ticket has already been paid just one minute earlier.

    I have called non stop and cannot find an email to contact Indigo. The fact that you cannot speak with anyone is ridiculous!I parked in the parking garage on *******. I found a spot in the 5.5 floor spot 58. The app would not let me pay. Stating that the lot was full when it wasnt. I left a note on my car saying I tried to pay and will keep trying. It didnt work. The girl beside me has the same issue and got a ticket as well. She wasnt able to book with the app. We both had meetings we were late to and had to rush. I have no problem paying the 30$ fee but would appreciate the ticket with the city being cancelled. (They told me that indigo can cancel tickets) this happened on Tuesday April 4th

    Good morning, there is signage onsite (at entrance) explaining what the mobile app message is telling you; due to inconsistent occupancy associated with the federal govt hybrid work schedule, there are days when there are not enough spaces for our "monthly passholders", who are guaranteed a space. Our app will stop all reservations from occurring (app message) once the set limit is reached; all empty spaces you might see are for the monthly passholders who have not arrived yet. Parking onsite without securing payment is grounds for a valid infraction, if you wish to dispute same you can follow the instructions on the reverse side.Thank you Indigo

During the pandemic, when all of our sites were empty (work from home), our prices were decreased, now that people are "finally" returning to the offices, our fees will be returning to pre-pandemic levels.     march 28 2023 , not happy i've received a ticket on my car this morning , after ************ for a year , i have the receipt that i paid. there is no way to get a hold of them online. i called but .. no one live. they have also increased prices over night without any warning twice now. from 13$ to ***** in 4 weeks with no notice .. . i want my parking infraction removed. i will no longer park downtown at indigo
