    I got a ticket after paying for parking. Theres no way to contact customer service even though the app says so. You cannot send an email to the company. Error message keeps coming up.

    I have Monthly parking ***************. I updated my plate through their website and 1 month later got a ticket. I emailed them as trying to get anyone on the phone is impossible and was told the ticket was valid as the license plate was not on file. I have since tried calling them and emailing them and get no response. Whereas I used to get a confirmation email that my email was received I now get nothing. If their website is not a valid area to make account changes it should be stated somewhere or the ability should not be present on the site.

    Good morning, if you park onsite with an unregistered plate, we have no choice but to issue a city infraction. All emails and voicemails are answered within 24hrs (due to federal return to office activity, our responses might take a bit longer currently).Thank you Indigo

    I did register the vehicle. I pay monthly parking and registered the ticketed vehicle on Dec. 12, 2022 via your website and dashboard. Was ticketed on January 13, 2023 at 9pm during a snow storm. I even have a screen print that I emailed myself with the date of the vehicle change.

    I paid to park at **************************. The ** code they have placed on the wall is for the wrong address! I received at $95 parking ticket from the city after using the app to pay to park there. If you scan the ** code on the wall you are not paying to park at ********** but at ********************************************. They put the wrong sign in the lot. You will get a ticket. I will never trust the Indigo app again.

    Scam artists. Do not ever download their app and pay for a monthly subscription. They will charge you (without permission) well after you beg them to cancel. They will refund you, but charge you again and again. Huge scam artists. I am considering going to Go Public or the news. They are scammers!!! Avoid!!!

    ***, please explain why I have to pay $75 to park IN MY OWN BUILDING? Esp. when indigo hasn't provided safety mirrors, there are multiple break in's weekly and the parking lot is riddled with dusts and dirt, like literally there are ***** of dust rolling around like an old western movie. How can you charge this much when there's no upkeep or incentive to keep paying this? Not to mention that apparently there are new fire safety rules which don't allow us to put bikes in the parking stalls we pay for, which is VERYYY convenient since indigo also RENTS OUT STORAGE UNITS IN THE SAME LOT - so like what is your point here? Are you trying to be as corrupt as possible? Like life isn't expensive enough, I gotta make sure i'm paying 900+ yearly to a random company IN OTTAWAAAAAAA park at my own home in ** like pls i hate ur business

    Worst parking service! If you have 2 vehicles registered under your subscription be very careful! They have a very sketchy way of updating their website. I had 2 liscence plate registered and they have a way of removing this info from your profile which could result in a ticket/parking if infraction. Even if you try to dispute it they wont take responsibility for their shortcomings. The daily payments are good but the monthly ones i would think twice to use their app/service again. Unless you want to risk getting a ticket. STAY AWAY!

    Why is company like this is still in business? They put up sign at my office about a week ago, tried twice to use their ** code and it didn't work. Came into the office this week and got a ticket. Now the ** code works. Wouldn't the honest thing to do be to put notices on cars first??? I then attempted to reach their customer service by phone in French and in English, well guess what? It's not possible, there's an option but never a tone to let you know that you can leave your message. Tried to send emails, guess what, no confirmation on screen or by email to let you know that they have received your message. Bad business practices, dishonest. Will bring this up with our building manager!

    I paid for a full day of parking on private property where I work and within a minute, I was issued a government parking ticket for $95 for "unauthorized parking on private property". It seems as soon as I was out of sight of my car, a ticket was issued. My employer has details and the issue has been escalated, respectfully. I welcome you to contact me as I've left a voicemail with customer service so we can resolve the issue sooner, but until then, I'll follow through with my employer's instructions.

    Good morning, apologies for this, sounds like a "timing" thing, happens sometimes where our app and our enforcement system haven't communicated with each other yet (because the officer arrived just after to paid). We are experiencing a high volume of calls and emails, due to individuals returning to their offices after 2 years, but all voicemails and emails are answered as quickly as we can. If you care to email us (*********************************************************) a copy of your parking infraction as well as proof of payment for parking, our team can look into this for you.     Nothing good to say about Indigo parking. Stay away! Doesnt matter if you pay for parking, youll get a ticket anyways. ************** should be removing this company and their useless system from all parking lots. Go to ******, our nations capital to spend money and help their economy, only to receive a $90 dollar ticket after paying a useless Indigo parking company $22.75 for the day. Zero star review. Take my advice, stay away.

    Received a parking ticket when all of Indigo's unattended parking lot *** Machines were non-functional despite contacting site and advising them. Indigo (lack of) customer service does not care. Avoid.

All ************** parking infractions issued by Indigo can be disputed in open court, by following the instructions on the reverse side of the infraction. Our onsite machines and mobile app process hundreds of transactions successfully each day, perhaps the facts of your situation did not support the infraction being cancelled..
