I shopped around and explored different walk-in-tub companies and felt that ******* with Ottawa Walk in Tubs was the most knowledgeable on the product without the pressure of a sales pitch and eventually chose him and his company. I have multiple disabilities and I have wanted a walk in tub for many years so it was big decision. I am in ******* so I ordered the tub from Ottawa Walk in Tubs but had my Balsam plumbing company do the installation. It took some time and organization but through out it ******* in Ottawa was always available to answer questions and support the installation process. It was worth it! I finally have a tub I can use whether to just soak and massage my feet or have the full body experience. It definitely helps with circulation, pain, and quality of sleep. I only wish I had taken the plunge sooner!

Very professional work from start to finish by ***** and his Father. They were friendly and conscious of doing a super job. The cleanup was awesome as this work can be messy. They installed a walk in tub for a disabled adult in the family. and a remake on a shower stall downstairs. Everything looks terrific. This work was also needed for a 99 year old. ******* explained everything quite well and visited often to see the work in progress. Very happy with this major change in our home and highly recommend Walk in ***!Walk-In Tubs Ottawa

The walk in tub is exactly as promised and the company is highly recommended. In addition to the standard tub, we got the addition of vibratory massage, wall panels, shower head, wrap around colour screen,and a glass enclosure. Everything works exactly as promised and is a worthwhile addition to our bathroom. The only reason for the 4 and not 5 star rating is because the additions, especially the glass enclosure and wrap around screen took longer to get installed than originally estimated (but not a major issue).Walk-In Tubs Ottawa

We are in our late 70s and we are so happy about our purchase with this company, we were getting tired of looking for our walk-in tub, nobody has a show room and samples on the internet are easy and not so easy to find because nobody does the installation and it was getting to complicated. So when we went to the showroom and got to see and sit in this 30'' x 52'' tub there was no turning back. We talked about everything from price and installation and done deal because we live about a hour and a half on the Quebec side. Bought on March 19th, 2025 and had it installed on the 28th.The installation was set at 10:00 on Wednesday and at 10:00 the work began. The two pros set carpets and plastic covers all over the place and took the old bath tub, frame and all. It was the best experience we lived by seeing these guys work. PROFESSIONAL JOB. 5 hours later they were gone with our junk. PLEASE look this company up you won't regret it. We enjoy our walk-in tub and it really looks good. We love showing it to our friends. Where shall we start with this review ??????????this team leader and is capable crew we sooo Professional. Clean. Quiet and may I add very resourceful and respectful. My husband wanted to keep the upper have of our tub insert because home is relatively a new build. Old school people. Dont waste. He knew it could be done with some engineering knowledge however other companies said not possible. Therefore you were paying more for unnecessary material. ******* took the time and his knowledge of any situation and made it happen. We just love the tub and its features. As we are aging this will allow us to stay in home longer and safer. I think it a great investment and a beautiful piece of hardware. Now I ask every one to come and visit our bathroom. This team will blow you out of the water ?? so to speak. Common what are you waiting for. Just do it. Kids are going to get your money so why not treat yourself. We just had the Walk-in Tub transfer unit installed and are quite pleased, they were in and out in 2 days, put mats down everywhere they walked to minimize any disturbance and also did a good tutorial when finished. The unit suits my wife's mobility needs and feelings of safety and security while bathing, and my back loves it too. ******* and his team did a great job for us.Walk-In Tubs Ottawa

We are pleased with the walk-in tub/shower/spa and adjacent closet that were installed to replace the existing extra-long tub. It's beauty and functionality will be appreciated both now, especially after vigorous exercise, and in future, as we age-in-place. The owner listened to our needs and wants and delivered accordingly...and on time. He communicated well before, during, and after the installation. The installer did a quality job with the carpentry and painting. The entire process took several days but the disruption to our family life was minimal. Recently had my bathtub retrofitted by Walk in ****. Extremely pleased with results. Process was smooth and efficient.Impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the team.The retrofitted bathtub will facilitate the use for elderly person. Makes bathing so much easier.
