  After I carefully investigated alternate suppliers of Walk in Tubs, I signed with WalkInTubOttawa and my high expectations were exceeded when ******* completed the installation. ******* carefully reviewed what he would do in my bathroom and reassured me that my perfectly good bathroom tiles would not have to be removed. He was right. He set up an appointment time and said all work would be completed in two days. He would have met this commitment if it hadn't been for a slight delay in the electrician. No matter, it was a pleasure working with *******. He did lots of extra things, i.e. moving my new medicine cabinet and reinstalling in a different location. His workers, one plumber, one helper and one electrician were pleasant, and very professional. He quoted an excellent price and lived up to it. He also used high quality faucets, shower heads etc. I highly recommend contracting WalkInTub Ottawa and ******* who oversees all work. We also found ******* very pleasant and nice to have in our home.

  Five-star service from ******* from the time we contacted him to completion of the job. He is a very pleasant and polite man, very attentive to the needs, questions and comments of his clients. We had the walk in tub installed due to mobility problems and our desire to stay in our condo as long as we can. The installation of our tub went extremely well and the finished product is wonderful.   Right from our very first conversation I was impressed by *******'s knowledge and willingness to answer all our questions and relieve our concerns. We had a very old jacuzzi tub in our bathroom that needed replacing as my husband could no longer lift his legs high enough to enter it or stand for very long. We had contacted two other installers and were told, that because we live in a mobile home, our doorways were not wide enough to get a walk in tub thru. *******, on the other hand, reassured us that he could take the framing off the entrance, cut the framing on our exterior and interior bathroom doorways to fit the tub thru, rebuild them and no one know the difference. We also needed new pot lighting and exhaust fan, which he had the electrician purchase and install while they were working on the electrical work for the tub. ******* even installed a new more accessible toilet and a grab bar to make things easier for my husband. He kept us fully informed thru the ******************** and even worked thru the entire weekend to complete the job. He is very meticulous and a perfectionist when it comes to the work he does. There was absolutely no clean up that I had to do during the installation and when the job was completed. We have a beautiful new bath area, that I totally adore. We would not hesitate to recommend ******* to everyone. *******, thank you so very much for the amazing job you did. *****************************************

  This review was submitted on behalf of my father ************************** deciding on a company for the purchase of a walk-In-tub my wife and I had three primary considerations: industry expertise, quality tub and features, and installation expertise. ******* met and exceeded these requirements.******* is extremely knowledgeable about walk-in-tubs suppliers, models and features and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions in a comprehensive and timely manner. He provided excellent advice and guidance allowing us to make an informed selection on a tub with features that best suited our needs and budget.During the installation his superior work standards and attention to detail alleviated our concerns. In the bathroom where space is limited, bathroom fixtures had to be moved and custom shelving and entryway mouldings had to be removed and re-installed. ******* handled these constraints with care and attention to detail keeping us informed every step of the way. The results were seamless. We are enjoying the benefits of our new tub and would not hesitate to recommend ******* for your future walk-in-tub installation. We are thoroughly pleased!
