    Work order dated Summer 2022, paid in full spring 2021, and October 2022 still waiting on one of the windows without any communication from the company. Every time I call and get through to someone, I am told I will be called back but never am.

    Worst company I have ever dealt with. My deposit was on March 8 after the measurement guy showed up on the second attempt , he was a no show the first time . Then they screwed up the install time with the technician . We reschedule that for July 8 only to find out the measurement guy measure wrong but they charged me the balance on that day ! Now I'm apparently getting the window on October 5 after asking for my money back ! I have asked to speak to the owner but they refuse to say who that is . The operations manager " ***" I think is a fictional character. The customer service guy keeps asking him to call me and nothing ! Do yourself a favor and go to their competition and save yourself the hastle of dealing with those guys !

    Worst customer service experience I have ever had to deal with. The administration people are so lost. No idea where orders are and been waiting 3 months for a window they forgot to replace. Also, they overcharged me ******. Each time I reach out for the refund I get dont worry we will credit you from the office manager. Had to dispute the transaction with my bank. Those running the office are an absolute joke. MT had a good reputation, no longer the case. Note, the installation people were amazing and trying to do their very best but the administration is ridiculous.
