5 starsWe had a fantastic experience with Canadian Comfort replacing our windows. From price, workmanship and efficiency, we couldn't ask for better.Two years later I contacted them during a very hard rainstorm. There had always been the sound of water dripping on the frame whenever it had rained very hard and I had finally determined that the sound was coming from inside the frame. I sent them a video of it and ******* called me back immediately. He wanted to come and have a look once the weather cleared up. I asked him if any repairs would be covered under the warranty and he said of course it is.He came over and determined that the water was coming from the siding on the house. There were some shortfalls during the construction of the house and it was obvious that there were some gaps. ******* spent a good hour caulking the siding above the window. I said to him, look, you're repairing our house, but the window installation. Are you sure I can't pay you for this? Still he said no, that he wanted us to be very satisfied with the windows. You really don't see a lot of this kind of commitment these days. He could have easily said the issue was with the house and not the window installation and he would have been absolutely right. But he did it anyway because he's just a good guy.We love the windows and I can't say enough good things about this family-run business.Canadian Comfort Windows and Doors

5 starsI had the chance to have ****** and his colleague come to our place to install a patio door. They did a fantastic job and replacing it, while minimizing the work to be done inside the house (given that the new patio door was a bit smaller than the previous one), and the result was fantastic. The whole team at Canadian Comfort is highly professional, nice and with such fantastic customer service, as well as highly competitive prices. In all honesty, we did a LOT of renovations in our house in the last year and a half, and I am still amazed at the quality of services that we've received from the team at Canadian Comfort. They also changed all of our windows in the past year. ****** was on the job : he is highly efficient and meticulous + goes above and beyond the work that needs to be done).In all honesty, I'd recommend Canadian Comfort in a heartbeat!Canadian Comfort Windows and Doors

5 starsI had new North Star windows installed in 6 areas of my house by Canadian Comfort and was very happy with the results. Although product delays due to Covid were expected, they gave me a guaranteed installation date which in the end, was bettered by a month. The staff at Canadian Comfort were very professional and the installers were polite, efficient, and cleaned up afterwards.Canadian Comfort Windows and Doors

The staff was exceedingly helpful in assisting me pick out a new front door, and made some great suggestions on my purchase.The door was installed on the day as promised. The installers were very professional and friendly. 5 starsWe purchase a patio door from Canadian Comfort Windows and Doors. It did take awhile for the door to arrive (covid time ) but we were advised by the saleswoman ************* we were prepared for the wait. His estimation of the time lines for delivery was right on. The door fits beautifully and we were so pleased with the workmanship by ******. A very professional company. We would definitely buy from them again.
