Our experience with Canadian Comfort was pleasant from start to finish.Our salesman provided the information we needed and answered all our questions before we ordered our North Star windows.On the day of installation, the two gentlemen that arrived to do the work were courteous and professional and answered all our questions throughout the installation process.We are very happy with our North Star windows.

I had new windows installed for my second floor bedroom (facing the street) on August 3, 2023 in just about 3 weeks after ordering (with only 10% deposit). The installation was carried out smoothly and professionally by a 3 members crew of Canadian Comfort (CC). Since there was no insulation was done on the old removing windows, the CC crew made sure that insulation would be done properly on the new windows both interiorly and exteriorly.. The new North Star windows are Energy Star-rated with good noise reduction qualities. It is a peace of mind knowing that the new windows have great warranty (which is transferable to the second owner) as well as CC is a well established company with great reputation. Thank ****, his staff and crew for putting up such the beautiful windows which definitely boost the curb appeal of the house in the neighborhood.Canadian Comfort Windows and Doors

In June 2023 we hired the crew from Canadian Windows to install 6 new windows. After much research online and visiting neighbour's who had recently completed this task with ****** windows and other competitors we chose the above. These windows have a beautiful texture similar to natural wood which in our case was what we wanted. The whole process from getting an estimate, discussing Enbridge compensation to the installation was professional and seamless. We would not hesitate to recommend this Canadian company and its team in ******Canadian Comfort Windows and Doors

Many thanks to *******, the owner of Canadian Comfort. He came within the hour when I registered a complaint about the window which was installed last Fall. Seems that I was part of the problem because I had blocked a small drainage hole.******* didn't stop there....as he was leaving, he noticed that the front door was not closing properly. He spent close to an hour repairing a badly installed lock on the front door that another company had installed many years ago. The front door now closes properly and the drafts will not be coming in this winter!******* said that he needs to do a good deed each day, and he certainly did that today even though it was his birthday and very hot.Thank you *******!Canadian Comfort Windows and Doors

The installation team was professional, courteous and communicated well. We are very happy with the 4 windows and the patio door that were installed and we would not hesitate to recommend Canadian Comfort Windows and Doors to our neighbours and friends. It was a long day for the team (8am - ~5pm) and we greatly appreciate their hard work and the clean-up at the end. Recently we had ***** **** windows, patio doors and main entrance door, installed by Canadian Comfort Windows & Doors. We couldn't be happier with the final result. The process was quite smooth, the crew was professional, polite and keeping us in the loop. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Canadian Comfort Widows & Doors for an excellent work, protecting floor and stairs with special carpeting and cleaning surrounding from all debris. ***** **

We had a fantastic experience with Canadian Comfort replacing our windows. From price, workmanship and efficiency, we couldn't ask for better.Two years later I contacted them during a very hard rainstorm. There had always been the sound of water dripping on the frame whenever it had rained very hard and I had finally determined that the sound was coming from inside the frame. I sent them a video of it and ******* called me back immediately. He wanted to come and have a look once the weather cleared up. I asked him if any repairs would be covered under the warranty and he said of course it is.He came over and determined that the water was coming from the siding on the house. There were some shortfalls during the construction of the house and it was obvious that there were some gaps. ******* spent a good hour caulking the siding above the window. I said to him, look, you're repairing our house, but the window installation. Are you sure I can't pay you for this? Still he said no, that he wanted us to be very satisfied with the windows. You really don't see a lot of this kind of commitment these days. He could have easily said the issue was with the house and not the window installation and he would have been absolutely right. But he did it anyway because he's just a good guy.We love the windows and I can't say enough good things about this family-run business.Canadian Comfort Windows and Doors
