    My wife and I travelled to Pembroke to look at and purchase a 2023 ***** Bolt EUV.We agreed with ************************* the Sales Consulant we wanted to purchase. He took us to *************************** to complete the paper work.We filled in the financial forms for loan payments, provided copies of drivers licenses, copies of veteran cards, social insurance numbers, personal and financial information. They also made copies of my 2018 Silverado ownership papers. ********************** aggressively tried to persuade us to take extended warrantee. He repeatedly told my wife that we were crazy not to take it. It upset my wife and I walked out of the meeting rather than participate in this aggressive behaviour. I waited outside and my wife signed all the papers for the loan and purchase agreement. She brought the papers out to me and I signed. When we went outside I spoke to ***************** to determine when to pick up the vehicle. He seemed flustered and said he did not know what happened that something happened. I tried to return to the sales room to speak to Mr. ********************* The sales manager told me I was no long welcome there and they cancelled my purchase agreement. When I asked why he told me that it was determined that I may provide the delership with a negative review which would ruin their good standing, therefore I was not allowed to proceed with the purchase. Why take all my personal and financial information and my vehicle information? Are they going to use it against me if I write a bad report? I would like to know whose decided to cancel my purchase.
