      If I could give negative stars I would! My friend purchased a car from them as I referred her. They told her I would get a referral bonus. I never did.! I emailed, I called the jerk who sold her the car reassuring her I would get the bonus and no return call. *********** **** called me once after an email I sent to the him and the managers but I never heard back or got a final answer. DONTBUY FROM PEMBROKE HONDA

      My experience with pembroke chrysler was disgusting and while I hoped to have them be my go to place for all my car trades and purchases, they are now the last place I will ever go to. And the same goes for all my family and friends!My experience with Pembroke Chrysler was terrible. From being pressured to make a deal, to winning a prize that I never received, to having to request an oil change on the used car I bought because it was ****kms past its time for a change and it was not done before giving me the car. And then the kicker, my trade in was not paid off till a month later after numerous lies.I had payments coming out on 2 cars, and the dealership made it seem like no big deal because I'd eventually be reimbursed, as if being a single mother isn't hard enough these days. I had to borrow money to make it through these payments.I spent hours on the phone getting the run around, 2 of my lunch hours from work sitting in the dealership crying only to be lied to some more and treated like absolute garbage, because "they did their job and it was my banks issue!" Finally after 3 trips to the dealership and demanding something be sorted out or I was going the legal route....my loan was paid The check for my loan sat on someone's desk for a month and never went to the bank! I had to sit on hold with the bank AGAIN to get this info as the dealership could not even be bothered to call me with an update.I have since sent 2 emails to the ** of the dealership in hopes of rectifying the situation and leave the whole deal with a smile on my face, as i should after signing a ***** loan, and have yet to receive a response! ******* and **** are by far 2 of the best sales crooks I've ever encountered. As a single mom I put my trust into them and it's one of the biggest mistakes I could have made! I would encourage anyone looking to trade in or buy a vehicle to run far way from Pembroke Chrysler! You'd be better off to buy a car off ******** Marketplace! ??x10!!

      Garbage dealership! Scammed me huge! Its been 2.5 months after the end of a 2 year lease they made me pay in full ($25,000) to which they said after I pay that Id have forever credit with Honda. NOPE! I cant finance the remaining half cuz I have no credit , cant lease another cuz no credit and no inventory so basically I paid $25,000 to drive a subpar vehicle for 2 years! And now left with nothing!!!! I couldve rented a Tesla for less than that! Was always a Honda girl but not anymore dont even want to drive my Honda atv anymore
