    Lendcare financed my previous vehicle which I traded in over 3 months ago and I have received confirmation on both their end and on the dealerships end that they have been paid out the remaining balance but they have not stopped charging me since. They have made the cancellation process an absolute nightmare refusing to send me the proper documentation until a week ago and after I signed the contract cancellation they then said my loan is not fully paid out and that I still owe them. They have charged me over $200 for 3 days in a row now. I put a stop payment on my bank account and have no choice but to close my bank account and open a new one that they don’t have access to. They seriously need to be investigated ** **** *** ******** ******** **** ** ** **** *****. I don’t owe them a penny but they refuse to stop charging me or help me on the phone. I have evidence to show all the charges and email correspondence with them. My bank advised me to close my account and open a new one but warned me that lendcare may try to destroy my credit. I have been absolutely stressed about this for months and I genuinely don’t know what to do. I am also not the first person by far that they have done this to as they have hundreds of bad reviews online saying similar things. Please advise me on what to do about this.

    I contacted ****** financial to find me financing for a boat I wanted to purchase at ******** **** dealers. ****** found me financing at Lendcare and was approve. I was given a bill of sale in my name to put the boat in my name and get insurance on it in order for the deal to be completed. I did that. Then the bill of sale was switched into ****** name. I was giving a copy of the bill of sale to be signed. I signed it and so did ****** from ******. I asked after words that it was totally different then the bill of sale I had and asked why they had changed it to being the boat, engine and trailer all separately to make the actual cost a lot higher and was told that is fees and a 5% hold back. I said ok and agreed to it and the deal was finalized.The contract was signed by myself and Lendcare for the loan and was finalized and Money was sent to ******** **** dealers for my boat. days later ******* from ****** told me I had to fill out an after purchase questionnaire stating that I’m happy with the bill of sale and the fees ****** had charged me,I said I didn’t want to say I was happy and did not want to fill that out as I was untitled to my owe options and should not be forced to say a was happy but still want the boat and agreed to the bill of sale/contract. I registered the boat in my name, Have insurance on it. Lendcare has already started taking bi weekly payments from me. Lendcare has added my loan to my credit reports. The deal was done and should have been able to pick my boat up at ******** **** Dealers. I had set up with **** at ******** **** dealers to pick the boat on June 2nd. When I went to pick it up ****** told them not to release it to me. Now Lendcare is telling me that they all the sudden canceled my contract. And ****** canceled the bill of sale. This is a Breach of Contract on both parties and I would please just like the boat to be released to me as this is a final sale and a binding contract with Lendcare

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. However, this deal was cancelled at the request of the merchant. As a result, the contract with LendCare was voided. A full refund has already been processed.
    If the customer wishes to move forward with the purchase, they will need to begin the financing process again through the appropriate channels.

    I had a loan with Lendcare and paid off April 11/25. They took another payment of $438.71 from my account on April 25/25. I have called and emailed and I'm only being jerked around. Saying they will get someone to look into it. Its been a month. Absolutely ridiculous. Asked to speak to a supervisor and they say "they don't do that". I want my money back ASAP

    I have a vehicle loan through the company and have been trying to get a copy of the paperwork/contract and access the their app for payment and balance information. I have called several times with no resolution, I have sent emails through their webpage as well. I am told documents are on the way, that my app access is fixed. Nothing ever arrives and my loan never shows up in the app.

    Had a vehicle loan with company in question, the convinced me to buy gap insurance which they ensured once vehicle was paid off that I would not have to pay insurance it was only for the time of the loan. Vehicle was paid off 3 months ago and they are now filing against me saying I didn't pay the loan. Have tried to contact them have either taken days to respond telling me to please pay and not answered questions or have transferred me for over an hour saying this is not my department.

    Have asked 3 times to have contract sent to me, have still not received it.

    Seems I'm just getting run around and I was not even supposed to be on this as it was someone else's I was only co signer.

    Paid my loan out full. Week or two later , on the day that my lendcare payment would have came out of my account if i did not pay it out full, my bank account was hit with a $376 charge to Lendcare.
    So after paying them out right, they continued to charge me and they will not get back to me via email or phone, both ways i have tried to contact them.

    I had signed a new contract after consistently paying for 3 years and they would not lower my payments. Finally we had re did a new contract as they kept attacking my bank for amounts that were not owed multiple times a week which than put me out thousands of dollars in nsfs, and in that case my bank account was closed by the bank I contacted them numerous times and nobody would help me , I gave them a new bank account my new payment came out and the same day another payment of over 200 dollars tryed to come out which than also left this bank in the minus this happened multiple times a week. I have proof and copies of all emails. They just took my bike out of my yard today.

    They offer Beauty Treatments and load you with their products without telling you
    how much they really are .
    They open a Loan and start taking money from your personal Bank account
    I did 2 purchases , one for over $ 3,000.00 and the other one for over $ 5,000.00 which I
    only find out today .
    They never told me I had 2 LOANS
    The reason for the delay in my complain is because I go south for the Winter and just
    came back last month .
    I'm willing to return the unused products and recover some of my money .

    So I rewrite my loan for lower payments and interest the first payment was supposed to be on July 30th. April 21st I was charged 278.12 when it was rewriting for 149 I have been contacting them everyday since and only have been told they were going to issue a refund I asked multiple times with no response... I call and get left on hold for 20 mins try to get transferred and it doesn't transfer me... I want my money back asap... as this is a breach of contract, and it's like they're brushing it off...

    I have been receiving phone calls these past few months from this business looking for a

    ******* ******* and i have told them more then once over the phone and by email there is no one here by that name and that this is the ******* residence and i have asked them nicely not to call they contacted me again and i contacted them by email as well asked them to stop and they have contacted me again and they will not stop harassing me

    i do not want anything from this business only ask them to please stop harassing me because i have received this number from a new cell phone provider
