    Currently financing a vehicle with Lendcare and making on time payments, they came and repossessed my car without cause and every time I call them they just give me different excuses!! They send the vehicle to an action and I have 0 information for bailif or how to get the vehicle back. All they said was its the Dealers fault was fraudulent Vin # when we have all the documentation and car history report insured with full coverage as terms and conditions asked. **** ****** **** ** **** **** *** **** ***** ******* ****** ******* * **** **** **** ******* **** **** **** ** **** ****** *** not give answers at all.

    Lendcare capital Ltd. ***** ****** *** **** ***** My contract does not allow them to pull money and not in the amount of 2000 because payment is behind no call, no text. Nothing. But they seem to continue to pull 2k out of my account. So I closed it. I have spoken to them on several occasions. I have called and asked for a manager on site. I have been transferred to someone who acts as manager I guess but is not. * ***** **** *** ******* * **** ** ********* don’t recommend using these people.

    **** **** ** ***** ******* * **** **** ***** ***** They are unprofessional, hard to contact and communicate with. They do not follow arrangements made through the phone (if you can even get a hold of them). All they want to do is make you miss payments, make it look like it’s your fault so they can charge you penalties and jack up your interest rate. 2 years ago in 2023 i got my first car with them. After 6 months I wanted to update my banking details with them. I gave them my details and called them to confirm that the new banking details were filed on my account. The rep told me yes, it is already update. Then when the payment date came they still took it out from my old bank account. They dismissed it as a delinquent payment and jacked my interest rate to 26% without giving me notice. When I called them the rep only said that they can’t do anything about it. I said I wanted to talk to a supervisor to explain the situation. Then the rep said I will transfer you and just ended the call. Fast forward to 2025 and I am still with them and they are still impossible to work with. Simple instructions are not understood by their reps. They always keep making excuses. When you want to move payment days they say you should call 48 hours before the payment day. So that’s what I did. And the payment still went out on the same date. I called again and said that I needed to call at least 5 business days before the set payment date to move it. Long story short, they found another way to jack up my interest to 26% percent. And some lady called me trying to push a GAP insurance basically saying take the GAP insurance or we will increase your interest to 26%. I’m not sure if their practice is even legal.     I spoke with 3 customer service agents in the past month. I spoke with two people in the past 48 hours. They keep messing up my account!!!!!!! In the past 48 hours, I was told I would have $219.36 taken out of my account on the 30th. They took out $758.14 in the past 48 hour, $977.50 in the past 2 weeks and $1521.07 in the past 30 days all without warning! I called to make a payment arrangement with them in April. I was told by ******** that there would be a deferral the month of May. I expected no payment to come out the month of May), on the 9th, they tried to take out $219.36. I spoke to a man, I was told May 16th and May 30th I would be charged $219.36. On the 16th, I was charged $219.36 which I was prepared for. Yesterday, I spoke with two women, ******** who put me on to ****. I was told I would have $219.36 taken out of my account on May 30th and $0 in June, and no payments taken out in June. I confirmed this twice. This morning, Lend care took $758.14 out of my account after taking out $104.85 on the 29th!!!! **** ** **** *** ** **** ************ *** ************ ** ************** *******, she is ****, interrupts people, is inpatient with them, ** * ***** *** ** ***********. *** ****** ** ****** **** *** **** ***** *** ********* **** * ******** ** * *** ** *** **** ****** ***** ** *** ** ***** * ***** ******** *** ** ******** ******* ***** ****** *** ******* **** ******** *****. These people are making so many mistakes that are costing me so much money.
    I CLARIFIED EVERYTHING WITH THEIR STAFF YESTERDAY AND WAS TOLD IT WAS ONLY GOING TO BE TAKING $219.36 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. NOT $758.14!!!!!!! I got a loan for $19,265.30 June 2022. I owe $19727.07 on it today. ***** ****** *** ********* ****** ************ ** *** *** * **** **** ********

    Firstly, they passed the loan without me having insurance on the vehicle first it wasn’t until I looked at the paperwork that I knew what was going on in that time. I also was offered a free trailer so I contacted the sales person and cancelled it on April 26, 2025 Lendcare took a payment anyway. they asked me to prove I made the payment so I showed them the withdrawal from my account to this date. They’re still making me show that I had a balance in my account after they took money which I don’t understand is necessary and was told it’ll still take another 10 to 14 days this is horrible customer service. *** ** ******* ****** ** * ******* *** they won’t return my $182.. they have the worst customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with *** * ***** ********* ** *** **** **** ***** ********** ** ****

    ********* ****** **** **** **** ********** ***** **** *** *** ***** I currently owe more on my loan after over 10 months of several payments per month over the monthly minimum. Their excuse is that I did not provide updated banking information which I had on several different occasions and which they even processed payments from but that this has caused an unbelievable amount of $75 charges per month in NSF fees and became aware that not one of my payments had been applied to my account causing larger monthly interest fees on the original balance of the loan. I have been trying to resolve this for months and months with no luck and while being told inaccurate, false and ********** information regarding my account and balance owing. I provided several different representatives with proof of my payments (which I was told they had applied to my account) but spoke to another representative this month by email this month and was told that my account needs to be updated with a new bank account (which I had done on numerous occasions and they had even processed payments from) I provided her with my banking information once again by attaching a void cheque she confirmed she received and had officially updated and that she processed the “past due amount” to avoid any additional NSF fees I could be charged. She also confirmed that going forward all payments would be processed from the new account but was informed today by miss payment calls and added fees that this was once again not the case. I have been trying to update my banking account since I made the initial lump sum payment back in June and they have failed to do their job and intern has been ******** me in further debt ***** **** **** ***** ***** * *** * ****** ****** ** ***** **** ** ****** *** ** ****** **** *** ** ***** * ****** ** *** ***** **** **** * ***** ***** *** reached out to make them aware of my situation and inform them of the account changes but instead they drained me further.

    ** *** **** *** **** ******** Tried to switch my payment to a single (1) payment per month and they startd to double and triple charge me, taking money out of my account on days not in the contract, for amounts not in the contract. Even after they admitted the error, they continued to do it. I placed a stop on the account, asked for a different method to pay, they ignored me for 6 weeks and are now claiming I defaulted on the loan. I ******* **** ****** *** am looking into legal recourse now. **** ****.
