      I went with their service on my move from new brunswick to calgary. They have lots of hidden charges. Even when they say blanket wrap is no charge. They will still charge you for it. And it won't be cheap. I don't recommend this company. ** *** ** ****** ** ** **** ***** Make sure you check everything before signing, example, To wrap couple beds and one couch they charge around 700 bucks. Not to mentioned other charges like storage fees, going up and down couple steps. Adds up to thousands. *** **** get a huge bill by the end of the day and u have to pay in full before they ship it. Ive waited 5 weeks for my stuff now. * ***** **** * **** ** * ****

      Took my belongs then charged me double to get them to my designation. Missing boxes damaged furniture. Horrible to deal with and the owners run different moving companies. *** *** **** ******* ** *** * *********

      Truly awful experience so far. We're moving some valuable (to us) items across Canada. We gave them a list of items and specific instructions to leave 1 of the 2 dressers in the storage locker. They showed up late once and we needed to reschedule the pick up. Then, they showed up and the movers hadn't been given instructions beyond "clear the unit". When the storage employee told them they weren't to clear it out they did anyways. They claim they called me but I have no records. They did however, call my parents who they expressly were told were unavailable and to call me. When I contacted them, they refused to return our dresser unless we paid them $350. ***** about their instructions and events at the storage facility. I have all the proof of instructions in email. Now they are holding our item, refusing to return or give to us without payment when we had specifically asked them to not to take. Truly awful. ****** ****** *** ******* ***** *** **** *** ***** ********* *** Now we need to try and recover our things. I am worried for the final bill and condition of our items.

      ** *** **** Atlantic Van Lines! Moved from B.C. to Alberta, the movers (from B.C. to Alberta) took ZERO care moving our items. I had numerous gouges on doors, walls and kitchen cabinets. In addition to the gouges, we had to patch up and repaint in all rooms of our home, including the garage. They did not move items together, they push down the stairs and dragged through our hallways.
      Atlantic Van Lines take ZERO responsibility for their employees *********.

      Atlantic Van Lines overcharged us for our move, did not provide an exact date our furniture would arrive, broke several of our possessions, then took nearly four months to process our claims.
      Our initial quote was $1,460 with an administration fee of $40.
      After picking up our furniture and before delivery they changed the total for the move to $2,679.45 with a $50 administration fee.
      A nearly 100% increase from the original quote.
      They changed the delivery date twice, and ended up delivering on an entirely different day with only a few hours notice.
      Movers do not pack, unpack or go up stairs without an undisclosed added fee, so all we did was have them pick up from one garage and deliver to another garage.
      After breaking two lamps, a bed frame, a dresser, and a TV stand, it took them over four months to process my claim, with an offer of a measly $30.
      The only thing this company does well is break your furniture.

      WARNING WARNING. WARNING:
      If you are planning a move and you intend to use @****************
      DO NOT use them. They don’t care about your items. It’s loaded and offloaded so many times stuff gets a lot of damage. I had so much stuff damaged in my move from Alberta to Ontario and when I put in my claim they would only cover $30. It doesn’t matter that my antique ROLLTOP DESK got smashed, it doesn’t matter that my cat tree got broken half, it doesn’t matter that I had to go buy a new coffee maker, it doesn’t matter that my dresser is now missing a corner…plus other items…it doesn’t matter that we missed a day in travel, because the movers couldn’t show up on time , plus we had to do their paperwork! No, don’t go with this company. You be better off doing it yourself and renting * ******!!
      They have no place on their website for reviews & in the testimonial they copy and pasted from God knows who. Therefore they only put good reviews on their site
      Spread the word as I’m going to try to put this in as many places as I possibly can.
      BAD BAD BAD BAD. I told them they could take the $30 and ***** ***

      REGRET HIRING THIS COMPANY TO MOVE MY STUFF FROM BC TO ALBERTA. WORST SERVICE EVER + THEY WILL TRY TO OVER CHARGE YOU. WHEN YOU CALL TO FOLLOW UP THEY WILL SAY THEY WILL CHECK AND CALL YOU BACK BUT NOBODY WILL CALL YOU UNTIL YOU CALL AGAIN TO FOLLOW. WHAT A NIGHTMARE AND STRESS AND ANXIETY I HAVE EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH THIS MOVING COMPANY???
      This is really ridiculous and the worst service. You'll try to over charge me. Your dispatch call me that my shipment will be delivered anytime yesterday, I cancel all my appointment and waited for my shipment the whole day. my stuff DID NOT ARRIVED and no one bother to call me that it will not get deliver as promissed.
      I am going away for a week starting tomorrow I ******* NEED MY STUFF PLEASE HAVE IT DELIVER TODAY!!!! ** **** *** ***** ** ** ******* ***** * **** ******** **** ******** ******* ** *** ***** *** *** **** ****** **********

      I would never never never recommend this company to anybody, please check other company ****** *** **** ** *** *****. *** ***** ***** ***** ****** ******* ** *** ***** * **** ****  Don't trust this people their is a lot of ******* and idiot working there. my overall experience with Atlantic Van Lines moving company was nothing sort of nightmare. their negligent handling of my belongings, lack and offering only fraction of the value for a damaged item have left me extremely dissatisfied. I strongly discourage anyone from using their services and suggest exploring other moving options that prioritize customer satisfaction and care for belongings. In addition to the missing bag, one of my valuable items worth over $ 500 was missing due to careless handling, however, when i requested a refund they told me to wait 8 to 10 week whereas they offered me a mere $ 20, which is an insult, considering the sentimental and monetary value of the damaged item.

      Absolutely awful. The only good thing about this company is that they moved my items in/out quickly. The bad - every single box was destroyed with my items spilling out the bottoms. Multiple items inside the boxes broken. Every single item that THEY bubble wrapped/packed was received broken (i.e., snapped in half or falling apart). Price quote consistently changed throughout the moving process and the final price was higher than original quote. Delivery of items was not smooth or on time. Items were received a week later than the timeframe we were given upon pick up. Currently submitted damage form, but does not seem like they care to make this situation better. This company should NOT be used.
