    I am trying to make a return and I'm told i cannot return my items. I want to return the products because the business did not send me the products that were advertised on the website. I received the product with different packaging.  Nowhere where my items were purchased does it say anything about luxury Order # *******

    There was a issue with my items which got messed up and it was for a gift so i missed the deadline and i no longer need them

    Customer has ordered high end fragrances which are stated final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on high end luxury items such as *** ****, ***** and etc.

    Searched for a specific cologne as a gift. Found a picture, description on fragrancecanada. I specifically bought an item with the picture showing exactly what I needed. I received a different cologne from the same collection. I sent them picture of what l ordered and received. They are different. They said items are same and picture is for illustrative purposes only. I'm sorry but these are not ***** ***** but a specific cologne that someone wanted. They refused to help. **** ** ***** ************

    The product received was the same product as advertised. We do have a disclaimer on our website under our refund policy.

Fragrance houses often update packaging/bottling (whilst leave the fragrance intact), or alternatively, update the fragrance, without altering the presentation (reformulation). Our image may differ from what is sent. Please inquire if you need to confirm the exact packaging we have in stock before purchase.
