    I purchased a travel trailer winter cover (September 2021), which I believed was a quality product, based on the advertising. When I took the cover off in the spring of 2022, there was a tear in it. I wrote to RVCover.ca to ask them about the tear. That was April 24, 2022.

    On April 25, 2022, they advised me that I was entitled to a replacement cover under their warranty! Initially I was thrilled to read that, however, there was a caviat....I would have to pay a $95 shipping fee!

    I responded on April 26, 2022 that I did not agree with having to pay a shipping fee, for a product that was covered under warranty. I wrote again on April 28, 2022 after not hearing from them. They responded on April 29, 2022 stating that my request was updated.

    From May 4-May 11, I wrote to them 4 times & they responded to only 2 of those emails, stating each time that my request was updated.

    I have not heard from them since, nor have I tried contacting them since.

    If you can get them to ship me a replacement cover, that would be amazing. If not, I would like my complaint published, so that other potential purchasers will see that the so called warranty, is not what it appears to be.
