  ******** ******** The 'lifetime warranty' request for a replacement was answered with a demand to pay $155. to get one. It was over $500. to purchase. We installed it as directed, and it didnt last for one use. Literally ripped to shreds. **** **** ****** these will fail with one use, and you have to pay to have it replaced. Shipping to replace I can understand, but a 'prorated' system that makes you pay that much to replace it?? Nope. ** *** ******

  Purchased their highest quality cover for my 35 ft trailer. It did not last through one winter. Straps are stitched close to edges and do not hold. Four of the Straps broke free and the whole cover ripped right down the center. The whole thing was then lying on the ground around the trailer. Very poor design and craftsmanship.
  We purchased this cover because their site states FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY. Once we contacted them and sent them pictures, we were informed that it is more of a prorated warranty. They informed us that we would have to pay $250 to get a replacement. This is NOT a full lifetime warranty as stated on their site. I am not going to pay $250 for another cover that will not last. ***** ****** ** **** ***** advertisement and also their poor quality and craftsmanship.   The purchase and delivery was fast and easy, then downhill from there. I purchased the 23-26 for my 24' Class C, after installing it, I found the fit to be extremely loose but I guess that's normal. While securing straps, I noticed the stitching had missed a seam, not in a critical area but still tried to return it, but nothing but hassle. Left it covered for 5 days while away on vacation, when I returned, I unzipped a panel to access the house batteries to remove them, that's when I noticed water dripping on the side, then lifted the front to remove the engine's battery, the hood was soaked, was dripping from the roof area. I removed it as it would have caused more damage than if left uncovered. Started the process of trying to return it, nothing but hassle, they offered me 20% discount to keep it. At this point, I wanted to dry it to box it up, so I hung sections at a time in my garage, at some point, I found another seam that was open, this one at least 4" and it was at the top near the front, so likely the source of my water issue. Tried to return it again, was offered 40% off at this point, or full refund but I had to pay for the return, **** quote was $124, so I decided to keep it, but regretted it as it is totally useless, tried to contact them again in hopes that they would make it right and stand behind all their promises, but no answer!! ****** ******* **** ** * **** ** **** *** **** *** *** ***** * ******* * *** ******* ** ******* *** * *** ***** *******

  Purchased 23-26' cover for 24' Class C motorhome. Cover come missing one triangle fabric and latch piece noticed during first install. Also cover would not tighten properly at the rear of motorhome after strapping fully tightened, not other way to route straps to prevent flapping in wind unless more straps purchased. Even if more straps purchased no provisions to hook on. Rvcover.** defect policy states they will pay for return shipping if defective when received. We did not want another cover since they have no sizes to fit our unit, we found out they will only pay for return shipping if we take a cover in return. Makes no sense to have a cover that won't fit. Be cautious of how good the website sounds as they will not stand behind their policy. Spent 1 1/2 weeks fighting, finally paid return shipping and waiting on refund. We do not recommend this company.

  Hi I wish I had read these reviews before making a purchase from RV Cover. Because they say all good reviews on their site and they are a Canadian company I decided to go ahead and purchase their 5L top of the line cover for my 5th wheel. What a piece of junk 5l they say ?? it is maybe a dust cover at best. I tried to talk to a human at their warranty department. No they don’t talk to people on the phone just email. That will be my last purchase on line with companies that can refund or talk to people. So ****** will be where I shop if not in person.????
