    I got a new cell phone number. FDR keeps calling, probably looking for the previous owner of the number, and I can't get them to stop. Voicemail messages are very unpleasant. **** *** ************** *** ****** ******

    I noticed they put 3 things on my credit profile. They never reached out to me once nor by mail. I call in and they are referring me as a completely different person by my phone number. After being transferred to 6 different people I was finally able to get answers. There are 3 parking tickets from the City of Toronto, keep in mind I live in Edmonton. I call city of Toronto they can't help me as it's 27 years ago, yes you read that right 27 years ago. So if I want it off my credit profile I have to pay the amount of $430.00 for tickets that are across Canada in a city I have never driven in. I said being you have NEVER tried to make contact with me let's come to some kind of resolution as I want this off my credit report. The answer was NO, pay it in full or it stays on. If you pay it in full it will come off within 45 days. So needless to say I have nothing good to say about this company who does not make any contact what so ever with the party involved. Very disappointing when they won't even try to come to some resolution.

    ******* ********* *** *’ve told them countless times they have the wrong phone number. It’s clearly on my voicemail who I am and the name doesn’t match at all nor do I know the person they are looking for. Doesn’t matter how maybe times I’ve spoken with the same person and told them this, she keeps calling. Maybe if they want their money they should actually find the people who owe them instead of ********* everyone else.

    This company keeps calling looking for a person this line does not belong to. I have requested to have my number taken off the file. They stated they would and they apologized and told me it could take up to 48 hrs for the automated calls to stop. Well this happened last week and I am still receiving ********* calls for the same individual. I called today and told them the same thing he gave me the same run around that they would have the number taken off the file. I’m so sick and tired of their ********* calls all hours of the day and night and when I’m at work!

    I keep receiving calls from them looking for my late husband. We were separated when he passed away. I called back & left a message telling them he has passed away & to stop calling me. I'm still receiving calls and want them to stop.
    Can't get a payment from someone who is dead and I'm not paying his debt.

    This company calls everyday, all day, sometimes 4 times, messages never left.     This company keeps calling my mother and asking for an individual who she does not know. They keep telling her that her phone number was given as the primary contact number. She tells them they do not reside there and they still keep calling. Sometimes numerous times a week. I have called FDR and made them aware of this and they said they would remove her telephone number immediately but they have not. Can you please stop calling her ** **** ** ********** ** * ****** ********

    I have had several calls from this company looking for my son. I told them that he has not lived here in over 5 years and to stop calling me. They continued to ask if I know this person and I said that is none of your business so stop calling me and take my number off their list. The person laughed and said okay then enjoy the calls! What is with that? Ignorance is not an acceptable business practise.
