      Had this company come in to replace the garage door opener. Claimed to be the best in Ontario. Asked if we needed an extra remote opener and we asked if our old ones would work. He said no. We spent $70 for one only to find out we did not need it. They also did not program the outside keypad. When we contacted them for both they said they don’t do returns and blocked my husbands number. I called from my number which they then blocked as well. My husband texted them to follow up and they finally responded and basically said too bad. We are now looking to have **** cancel a portion of what was paid. They are free to come pick up the opener.

      Dec 27 2022 our garage door broke.******* *** ******** was contacted and someone came out to view on Dec 28th.A quote was given and agreed upon, a deposit of $1685 was requested and we complied.We were told we'd hear back from the company soon and expected install date of 5 weeks.
      6 weeks later I hadn't heard anything,after various attempts to contact the company and calling a number with no company name info or answering machine I finally managed to get thru and i inquired on status of door.They said they'd call me in a week. It seemed fishy to me so I asked for them to resend a copy of my quote which they did, i received it a few days later.2 weeks later I still had not received a call so again I tried calling,I tried a few times for a couple days and was not able to get thru so because of the lack of communication and my concern with it possibly being a fraudulent company I decided to call my visa and dispute the claim.A few days later i received a call from the company, angry that i filed a dispute.I told him the lack of communication and has caused mistrust, they mentioned that had my door now and would come to install on Feb 28 between 3-5pm.I agreed and told them I will cancel my dispute when they will be at my home.On the day of delivery at 10am James the owner called stating that they cannot provide me with the door i ordered, because of all the headache and my mistrust now with this company i asked to cancel the whole thing, they refused and said I couldn't.They wanted to install on that date. I told him I'd have to discuss with my husband these changes they are forcing on me,James wanted an answer in 30min.Long story short we choose one of the options given,they came to install and i called and cancelled the dispute and provided them with copies and since then I have been receiving threatening msgs from them because they don't see the money.They ********** to come and remove the door. And now have sent me to collections.See attached text msg conversation

      Purchased a Garage from the company name Paid $1700 deposit on the 18th Jan. The garage door was installed on the 21st Jan noticed that the panel were two shade of Gray. Made an attempt to contact the person that I purchased from James sent him a text did not responed several phone call. Received an email saying they would contact me on Monday 23 Jan never did Whenever I call oh I have to speak to my managerI paid this company in full for a total of $3400. Just want my door replaced

      I have called Premium Doors company to address a problem with our garage door. Technician came and helped to attach door cables that were detached, collected CAD $280 for the work and gave 2 years warranty for the work. In the morning we have noticed a gap on one of the side when door is in closed position. I called again and operator has promised that technician will come same day, but nobody came. I called again and spoke with someone represented as a "manager". The person I have spoke with refused to come and address alignment issue unless we change the spring to a different model...
      **** ** **** ************** *** ****. Company has provided a 2 years warranty on their work, but refuse to honor that agreement.
