      I recently received the new **** Debit card in the mail. I tried logging in with my old credentials and it said “Card number or password incorrect”. I then proceeded to try and log in with my new card and got the same message. I then went to the Simplii website and chatted with 2 agents *** **** ********* ******** *** ************ ** ********* **. As call times exceeded 1 hour I opted to chat on their website. The first agent Karthiga, I explained my issue and she exited the chat. I then tried again and received Nayanee and exact same issue. They both ********** exited the chat. Luckily I sent the chat transcript to my email for proof. This is not the first time I have experience poor customer service from Simplii. I have a Line of Credit, to which I regret getting with your company and would like to be able to access my account to make payments on this LOC. I recently switched to another bank because the service with Simplii ** ********. * **** ***** ** **** ** ******** ** ***** ***** *** *** *** ** *** *** **** ** ***** ******* *** * ****** ****** ******* **** * ******* * *** ** ***** ***** I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and to be able to access MY account. * **** ** ******* ** ******* ******** *** ******* ****** **** ***** ****** *** **** ** ** ******** ** ***** ********* *** *** ************ ** ******** **** **** *****. * ** **** ******* **** ** ** ******** ** ** *** *** *** ***** **** ** ****** ** ******* ** **** ******** ** * ******* *** * *** ** *** * **** ** ******* ** * ** *** **** *** ********** ****** ** **** ** **** ******* To mention, the call back feature is an option, I have opted for this before and nobody returned my call.

      Dear Sir

      I have been a client of Simplii financial for more than 10 years.

      A recent incident by the Simplii financial has made some decisions which are not in my best interest and hence want to bring to your notice so that we can make it correct.

      I have a few RRSP GIC with Simplii financial.

      These RRSPs were invested (renewed) by the bank without proper authorization by me into low interest GIC's and for longer terms ** ******** ****** *** *** **** *** **** ******** ********* *** ** ********* **** *****.

      I just want the bank to reverse these decisions and change these GIC's to currently available interest rates and currently available terms. * ** ********* ** ******* ******* ** **** ******** ****** **** ** *** **** *****.

      The main contention is "The bank tried to contact me but couldn't ' ''". I work for the Canadian Forces and travel between bases quite a bit missing the mailing system. *** **** ****** *** ** ** ****** *** *** **** ** ** ******** **** ****.

      I am no longer able to access my online banking. Simplii financial has removed the ability to confirm logging in to your account and receiving a confirmation via email. They only offer it via a text message.

      I remain unable to pay my bills (including my simplii ****) or login to transfer money between my accounts (so that my cheques for my expenses do not bounce)

      I have repeatedly contaced simplii but they are not at all helpful - and my accounts are continually in danger of being charged fees for cheques and interest for ****.

      Additionally, as a result of this I have not been able to transfer monies to my account ** **** *** *********** ******** **** **** *** ********* *******.

      This is also going to effect my credit rating - as they are preventing me from paying my bills.

      I have emailed them every chance I get to address teh issue - including to pay the bills for me - but they just respond with a generic form letter nonsense.

      On October 14th, ***** ** **** ** *** ** ********* **** ** **** *** ***** **** ** **** ******** *********** my Simplii **** Card was declined. After calling customer service, I was informed that my accounts and credit card are revoked with no further explanation. ****** *** ************* ** ******* **** **** ***** ** ********* ** ***** ** *** ***** ********* I called ****** CCAO office to file a formal complaint.

      All of my bank and credit accounts have been in good standing since it was opened back in May, 2022.

      Hello,
      I would like an official letter explaining why the new comer account could not be opened online.
      I have submitted all required information as requested, however it seems to be a dead end at this point, therefore please provide an explanation why my account could not be opened.

      They have frozen my account and refuse to provide an answer as to why I can’t access my funds in my account. Simplii has refused to change my address to its current one so that the post office can verify my personal identification that I changed 3 years ago with simplii who evidently has not changed it in there system which now prevents me from unlocking my frozen account. *** ******** ******* **** **** ******* *** ****** ** *** being left stranded at a gas station unable to use my funds because they froze my account without warning **** ** ********** ******** ****** *****. I was refused access to a manager *** * *** ***** **** ***** *********** ** ***** ******* ************ ** ******* **** **** **** ** **** **** ** * **** to have to wait till the following day to reach a manager who is still refusing to rectify the issue by changing my address in there files. I have been almost 24h without access to my account with zero effort for a resolution from simplii financial. I want access to my account to remove the remaining funds and close this account with this institution, they are holding my funds ******* with no explanation as to why this is happening or how to fix it.
