    I ordered a battery for my *** around Christmas time. It arrived late after New Years and I was off on vacation. When I returned I realized they had sent me the totally wrong battery, *** *** **** **** ***** *** ******* ** *** ******** It was a wheelchair battery. I asked for a return label and they agreed to send one. I was off on another trip and when I returned I realized they had never sent me the label,.     Hello, I purchased 2 batteries from batteryclerk May 8th 2022. I received the batteries May 15 2022.
    Recently I discovered 1 of the batteries is defective. It has a dead cell and wont charge over 6volts. I tried contacting batteryclerk to warranty the battery may 11th during business hours. They got back to me May 12th saying my 1 year warranty was expired.
    My issue is that I only became in possession of the batteries as of may 15th of 2022.
    They never stated the the warranty begins while they still have the battery.
    Or else that only makes it a 51 week warranty. Not a year warranty as stated.
    All i was looking for was a replacement battery for this one.
    I have dated emails to/from.
