I buy *** batteries on a regular basis for my enterprise and I ordered 2 Batteries from BatteryClerk. Got it and installed it mid January 2023. The 2 Batteries died 13 months later. Got zero support from the company giving the 12 months warranty as a reason. I would have appreciated comprehensive resolution…. It’s the first time that new batteries died so rapidly….. Not a good product, not a good support AT ALL.
I left a comment to their inexistant consumer support.  I’m very dissatisfied. It’s so wrong that such a practice of refusing any help 1 day past the warranty ends, **** ** ******* ** **** ****** *** **** **** ** ******* ********* ********** ***** Your policy forgets the concept of durability and post-warranty support, which are essential considerations for consumers. It’s often seen as a measure of quality and customer satisfaction. If a product fails prematurely or shortly after the warranty period, consumers like myself rightly expect some form of support or recourse from the manufacturer. Support like repair services or replacement options. It’s a vital aspect of building trust between consumers and sellers, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring a positive overall experience with the product. But you clearly don’t understand that concept.

I ordered a replacement battery for **** ****** *** on 2022-8-18. The battery arrived on 2022-8-29. Right away I found a number of issues on the battery.
    1) There are scratches on the surface
    2) The electrical contact is mis-aligned
    3) The electrical contact has multiple folding marks
The second issue makes it impossible to connect the battery to the internal connector of the laptop. This is a defective and very likely a used battery.
The chronological order of the return communication is as follows:
    . 2022-8-30, I initiated return
. 2022-8-31, Ericka at BatteryClerk emailed return instructions without mentioning a return label is required
    . 2022-8-31, I mailed back the defective battery through ****** ****
. 2022-9-1, Rosie at BatteryClerk emailed me and said a return label will be forwarded to me
. 2022-9-1, I emailed Rosie that the unit was sent per Ericka's instructions and asked her to include the return shipment fee of $19.65 in the refund
. 2022-9-2, Rosie informed of the refund excluding the return shipment fee
. 2022-9-2, I protested that the original instructions did not indicate any shipping label and hence the shipping fee is BatteryClerk's responsbility
. 2022-9-8, Refund was issued which was only the original cost of the battery.
I am very disappointed with the business practices of BatteryClerk. First, such a defective battery should not be used to fill an order. Second, any incomplete return instructions should not be the customer's responsibility but wholly on BatteryClerk.
