    Called in about an ******* payment taken from my account ********* ** *********** ******** *** ********** ********* ****** woman **** **** spoken to completely disregarded the reason for my call and demanded and questioned how I was going to pay back the credit card. I already explained **** ********* hardship to the original person I spoke with regarding the ******* garnishment. *** **** ** **** **** **** *********** **** ************ **** ***** ** *** ***** ** ******* ** **** *** **** ** **** * *** ******. And still no help with my original complaint!!!! **** ***** ****** ** ******* ** ******* *** ** ***** *** *** ************** ********** *** ******** ************ ************ Never contact me again or I will take further action

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
    On March 18th account was assigned to Common Collection Agency Inc (CCA) for 3rd party collections of a demand debt.
    Our agency attempted to contact ******* *********** several times throughout March, April and May 2025 to advise of the status of the file. Emails were also sent to *****************@*****.com.
    Unfortunately due to a lack of contact and being unaware of the customers financial situation, the agency was unable to restrict our client from offsetting funds directly from the customers bank account.
    The Right to Offset funds is a legal practice documented in the original ********** contract.
    Upon requesting a reversal of an offset, CCA is required to provide our client “the bank” an update of the customers financial capacity assessment to help understand why the customer is unable to resolve a debt and to find the best solution available to resolve an account.
    CCA has made a request to have the funds reversed back into the account.

    The funds that were illegally taken from my OntArio Works payment have finally been reimbursed after 27 days.
    However, You chose to completely ignore the pertinent information in my complaint regarding your distasteful (to put it lightly) employee. Her ********** “conversation “ at (not with) me resulted in very negative consequences. I need to know that disciplinary actions have been taken. Termination is the only acceptable action I see fit.i have also requested both here and via telephone I not be contacted via telephone anymore, which is also being ignored and I’m still reveling over 3 calls a day. I would like to call CCA as my bank has requested but am very hesitant because I do not want to get the same i professional interaction like the last time I called.

    ******** ********* ** ** ********* ************* *** ************* ***** ****** I was ******** for months by her phone calls, passive aggressive attitude and threats to be taken to court every single day. I changed my phone number and she still somehow found it and continued ** ****** **.
    She uses an extremely *********** tone to ******** you and make you fearful of her. If you don’t respond to her due to lack of fear she will continue to make ******* via voice messages and mail. She will not take responsibility for her behaviour, blame you for the way she treats you because “you owe money.” * ** *** ******** ***** *** ******** **********. I am speaking about the way she ********* *** talks down on other human beings in a *********** *** aggressive tone.
    It is not a crime to not pay your debts in Ontario. You cannot go to jail for this in Ontario therefor, her behaviour is unwarranted *** ********** **********.
    *** *** ********** *** *** ****** **** ** ***** ** ** **** ****** ** ***** ******* *** *** ***** *******  
    I would much rather go to court and create a payment plan with a judge than deal with her *********** behaviour.

    I was informed by phone call from Common Collection Agency about an outstanding debt. I have never received any documents or mail from them, they proceeded to tell me my ex called inform them of my personal business and they started calling me to collect, well that's great! Someone should tell me wat it is about. I asked them several times to send me copies of the letters before I would do anything on this file. I'm sorry but I am not sending any money to anyone for any amount without knowing what it is for. They kept calling several times a day trying to get me to take out secured loans to cover the debt, refusing to send me the copies of the letters, and telling me they will garnish my wages. Today when I stated again I would like the letters they said get a lawyer they will not send them to me but my wages can be garnished and she hung up on me. This is not an acceptable way to be treated especially when someone is trying to actually find out what is going on. I am entitled to see my letters myself. **** ** ******** ** ********** *** *********

    Complaint against Stephanie *** *** regarding an outstanding balance, supposedly as Stephanie failed to provide any details on such debt.
    Stephanie contacted my wife regarding a supposed debt without discussing any information. Stephanie asked for my wife to say her name and address prior to relaying information. We repeatedly informed Stephanie that if this is legit she can send a letter to the address she has on file. Terrible customer service *** * **** ** ********* **** ** * ******** ******* ** ******* * ***** ** *** ***** ******** 
    There are a lot of ***** and ****** stories of people having identity theft occur when they say their name and it is then recorded. This company needs to review their business practices and customer service practices. I would recommend smiling while speaking to people could help give a warm pleasant experience for the customer.
    This company refers to themselves as the Common Collection Agency. ** ** ** ******* ****** **** **** ******* *** ** ***** *** **** ******** **** ** ***** ** **** ****** ******** * ***** ****** ** ***** ****** ****** 
    We pay our bills on time, ********** ** ***** and if we discover that this is in fact a legit debt that is owed we will likely be contacting the business that put this forward *** ****** ********** ******* ****** ********* **** ******** **********
