  ******** ******** Never left message. I called the number back and was in hold, someone picked up and I explained that I was returning a missed call and then hung up on me. Calls constantly every day with no message or when I do answer, they hang up.

  This company claims that I owe the because they bought my outstanding ****** account. I went through a debt management company that helped me pay off any outstanding debts ***** ** ********* *****. They keep sending me emails saying if I pay the full amount which is close to 7 grand by Thursday March 18th 2024 then it will be settled. *** *** **** ******* ** * **** **** *** **** *** * ***** **** *** **** ***** **** ***** **** ** *** *****

  They keep calling and ********* me. They refused to identify themselves at first and I had to call them back from another number to get them to identify themselves. They refused to again to identify themselves again but provided the company name. They won't let me speak to a supervisor or anybody else. They are not even calling the right person. Quality job well done by your favourite collection company Pro Collections Ltd.

  I have had a debt (that was wrongful assigned to me and of which I will be dealing with) sent to this agency. When I got the one and only form of contact by email, I was surprised, since I was unaware of any outstanding debt, but felt it would be responsible to contact them immediately. So I called them and was directed to the agent whole had my file. ************** *** ***** * ***** **** *** ********* **** **** *** ****** Seeing as I called them to find a resolution, also knowing they deal with **** all day. I stayed as polite and professional as possible. However the woman wouldn't and I had to ask her multime why she was speaking to me this way as I was trying to figure out how to resolve this issue. She continued being short with me and even lied to me that we spoke. When I asked for proof she laughed and said no. When I asked for a time and date. She eventually told me. Of course it was at a time I couldn't have spoken with her as I was working. I also checked to see if I had any form of contact from them and nothing. She kept pushing for me to say I'd make a payment and when I said I wasn't but would be disputing the charge. She simply said it was being put in my notes and hung up without another word, leaving me confused as to what had just happened.
  I tried to do the right thing and contact them to resolve the situation. But they clearly just wanted ** ***** me **** paying the full amount or they wouldn't even talk with me. I even tried calling back, but no answer. Surprisingly though, later in the day I got a call from them. When the automated voice told me to press a number (i think 1) for a agent, and I did. I was left on hold for over 18min when I finally hung up.
  **** ******* *** **** ****** ** **************** * ********** **** **** * ******** **** But when someone calls and is polite, trying to resolve an issue. They still can't bother to be professional.

  A representative from Pro Collections Ltd., have been calling my elderly parents home for the greater part of a month. They have been harassing and *********** my mother to provide my information to her. When my mother told me of this, I called them. I refused to provide them with my personal information because I don't know anything about this company. They said they are contracted by ****** to collect on unpaid bills. I called ****** who confirmed with me that there were no unpaid bills however there was an individual with the same name as you that did have an outstanding bill that was sent to collections. I called Pro Collections again and was transferred to Chantal in the legal department. ** ******* ***** ***** *** **** ***. ******* **** *** ***** *********** * ***** ** **** ********** ***** *********** *** *********. I asked Chantal to verify me - that is she is to provide me with my date of birth and I will let know if she has the right person. She said to me "I have your social insurance number, date of birth, address and phone numbers. If you don't want me calling your poor old mother - then pay your bills you dead beat" and hung up on me. **** **** ** **** **** **** ** **** ********  I reported this interaction with ****** and will also be cancelling all of my services with that company. I am so ********* by the behavior of the people that work at Pro-Collections - **** *** *** **** ** *** ******  Completely unprofessional *** *** **** *********** *********.
