I keep getting calls from TSI for my number asking for some person who I don't know.

It still doesn’t have an explanation for WHY they are/were keep calling every single day when it was clear the person they are looking for is not reachable, and WHY they don’t have an opt-out option. They contact me 3 times a day sometimes. Mostly if I answer the phone just goes dead.

TransWorld tell me they won’t confirm any details unless I confirm my personal details which I won’t do ******* **** **** ****** ** ****.

Our office was attempting to contact the consumer regarding an outstanding file we are handling for ***** ************** ****. It’s the only thing I have from ***** I have had no luck contacting ***** ******* so I have contacted ***** USA to see if they are capable of solving this I still haven’t heard back from them.
I asked the TransWorld rep to contact ***** directly and ask them if it was correct but they said no. How can TransWorld have a client that they are unable to contact?

I already have this receipt from ***** which states bottom right 0 Euros to pay and the address is wrong so I never got the original bill from ***** instead they took it straight to a collections company. This collections company refuses to talk to their client, ***** about this which makes no sense at all.

I have received multiple calls from this company. They tell me to contact the city of Sault Ste. Marie about an unpaid parking ticket. Not only have I never been to the city but when I called them they explained that they have no record of the ticket.
This business is constantly ********* me by calling and hanging up on me, going to voicemail with no messages and not will to disclose the information in regards to the so called ticket. If I get a ticket anywhere else in the province it is payable at the Ministry of Transportation.
I would like this company to remove me from their system immediately. I have never had a contract with them or the city of Sault Ste. Marie and therefor do not owe them anything.

I have never been to Sue Saint Marie. Nor have I ever entered into a contract with the city or your company. Therefore I cannot owe you money as I have no contract with you.Overdue parking tickets are handled by the Ministry of Transportation, not collection agencies. If there was an over due parking ticket the city should have followed the guidelines in the Parking and Provincial Offences Act. This would have insured that the ticket was reflected with the Ministry of Transportation.
Please provide me with a copy of the ticket you are trying to collect on at the very least.

After reviewing the consumer's response, it is important to ensure that all parties involved are treated fairly and have their concerns addressed. In regard to the situation with the consumer, it appears that several attempts have been made to assist them with resolving their matter. However, it is noted that the consumer has refused to properly verify their identity during the last few phone call interactions, which hinders the progress of the resolution process.
Furthermore, it is concerning to learn that the consumer has been using profanity and verbally abusing our agents during their interactions. Such behavior is unacceptable and goes against our commitment to providing a respectful and professional environment for both our agents and consumers.
While we have made efforts to provide the necessary information and assistance to the consumer, it is unclear if they possess all the required details to proceed with the review of their outstanding ticket. Without this crucial information, it becomes difficult to further address their concerns.

You have not been able to provide me with the alleged parking ticket. You can include an attachment in your response.Also, I would be careful about making false accusations in regard to swearing and harassment. Especially, because you have stated that you were unable to verify. How can you accuse me of doing something if you have no evidence, how do you know it was Mr. *********.
Once again, I have contacted The city of Sault Ste. Marie and they D o not have anything on file in regard to this alleged parking ticket. Please provide your proof of said, parking tickets to the Better Business Bureau for verification. if you are unable to provide proof I will assume that you do not have any and therefore your claim is invalid and possibly fraudulent.

I have been receiving lots of calls daily from caller name "TSICO" for long time. They changed phone numbers each day but kept the same caller name "TSICO". I tried to pick up but they hang up immediately. A quick search shows they are debt collection agency. I do not owe any money to anybody, now and in the past.
