  Polaron Solor was very good at letting me know what the process was. They looked after everything with grants and were up front about costs. Very pleased with the service and customer support. I would recommend them to anyone asking me about solar. 5 stars all the way ??

  The Polaron team was instrumental in getting my solar panels installed. They were extremely helpful with both the City of Edmonton Rebate program as well as the Canada Greener Homes Grant. The estimating for the project and presenting to show the benefits was a huge help in making my decision. The ability to be able to finance at 0% interest is a huge benefit as the major barrier for myself was the costs up front and being able to pay that over the years is a huge benefit.
  They continue to provide support to me on questions and concerns even after the installation.

  Polaron was exceptional in their project management, efficiency, helpful attention and courtesy of workers.   The system worked fine for a while, but when certain parts started to fail after a very short period of time, the company quickly stopped returning emails, not answering phone calls, and the phone system would hang up whenever I tried to leave a voicemail. I will amend this review if the company does reach out to me.

  They put a $2 lien on my house even though no panels were installed. ***** *** rejected the project. In 2019. It's causing a huge headache trying to restructure my mortgage. Watch what you sign. ****** **** **** ***** *****

  We've gone POLARON !!! Things were slow to start but last inspection will be December 21st. Glad we gone signed up ad early as we did.

  Although our solar panels have yet been installed, the experience so far has been very positive. From my initial contact, I have been kept well informed and supported. There is a lot of technical information to digest and consider, and the Polaron team have been good at walking me through this process.

  ??Polaron were excellent. They were supper flexible with allowing us to delay the installation, several times, due to us being away. Managing the installation, while a house sitter looked after the place, was a breeze. They lead us through the design, permitting and grant application process smoothly. Responsiveness to queries was fast and efficient. Installation is tidy and as expected. An option to change the panel pitch would have been useful, as we have a low pitch roof it would be good to be able to adjust the pitch for winter. The system has been operating for six months now (summer) with zero issues and has produced the expected result. Thank you Polaron, ** **** ******* *********** ******* *******
