And they continued to delay and delay and delay providing false dates just to pacify me. This company will cause you a lot of stress if you use them. * ****** ********* *** ***** the price seems good, it's too good to be true. The fine print is very misleading stating they won't deliver your goods unless they have a full truck. holding your stuff hostage. They request payment before unloading the truck and they may intentionally leave items behind if they don't have room stating they will bring them at a later time (the next truck load). So they have your money and your stuff at that point. When my first load showed up it was 11 PM and one guy, took us until 2 am to finish and I had to help the guy. They didn't even give me any notice. I only received my motorized desk for my work 4 months later. They also called me asking me if I had boxes from someone else's order with numbers on them.

    Great crew no delivered my home goods long distance with no breaks

    Online reviews were great, quick reply with quote based on rough estimate of belongings that were to make the move from Ontario to PEI. One week prior to pick up, we emailed to confirm we were still on track for our pick up despite that day being a provincial holiday. We received an affirmative reply email. Day of scheduled pick up we waited hours and no one showed up. Called receptionist, who is still working from home, and she had no idea what was going on and then finally revealed that no one was working that Monday as it was a holiday. Rebooked our pick up for the next day at 9, they arrived at 10 with a 22 foot cube van for a full size 3 bedroom home.
    In efforts to clarify the small truck concerns I was hung up on by receptionist, she also, for two days, refused to put me in touch with her supervisor or manager. Lost my deposit and guys with truck were sent away. Very disappointing, misleading and poorly managed
