      ********* *************** Inability to listen, unwillingness to help client *** ** ******* *******. 7 yr client wont apply 1 month free. Moved contents to a different unit without account holders permission. Wool coat, eaten up. Management no ***** **** ** customer satisfaction, empathy, ****** *******. Etc etc Inability to flex and work with client or help.

      Access Storage on Plains Rd. is in an area prone to flooding and therefore should not even be in business at this site. The owners and their insurance company claim no responsibility what so ever. This is the second time in as many years that this facility has been completely flooded out causing severe damage to the customers goods in storage ! This company should not be in business! Stay away from this facility and company!!!!! Unfortunately I have to leave a star rating to get my comments posted so therefore 1 star *** ***** ***********. Thoroughly dissatisfied customer.
