      Add insult to injury. When I first requested a refund my confirmation said ten days. Two weeks later I spoke to an actual person and confirmed I wanted a refund. My reply from them a second conformation saying ANOTHER ten days. Guess legal avenues are in order.

      Ordered a lift kit, then 3 or so days I get a email stating it's not in stock and that they'll do anything it takes to get me it at no extra cost, I said proceed and then I canceled it, that was Oct 24 I believe and still no refund, I'll never deal with them again, **** *** *** ****** *** ***** ** *** ******

      Worst Service Ever!
      Ordered RV stairs ,the width which was mentioned several times on the web site was stated WRONG ! Consequently they wouldn't fit my trailer. Tried on 3 separate occasions to contact their "customer service" finally got an RMA# , but no response to my complaint about the miss- advertised product. Had to pay $65.00 return shipping which was caused by their error!

      I purchased the best ******* truck cover for my **** truck , I do not understand why the shipping company shipped my cover with out inspection of the container. I had installed a bed rug in my box before opening the ******* cover container, after opening the box ,my brother noticed a gouge in the ******* cover then inspection of the cardboard box had a hole matching the gouge in the cover. I installed the cover to protect my bed rug from being ruined. Connection to the company I purchased it from mentioned not to worry, no calls after I begged for a person phone call. They said that they would take care of everything. Nay nay they off me 100.00 dollars compensation. For a repair that I received a repair quote for under a 1000.00 dollars. I paid 2500.00 plus for this cover. I did not buy scratch and dent .I purchased the best cover the elite . Not my fault the packaging was do poor not to protect the cover When I ordered this said cover the question I asked is this Going to arrive in pristine shape, not to worry. I was told ,now they will not back the shipping issue. 100.00 for a repair that almost costs 10 times more. Is a slap in the face. They said they will not pick it up. For what I paid I am not repackage this . And cost me over 100.00 I'm packaging material.. I love the cover I just want justice. Even the company under cover who sold partsengine.ca the cover to me also are doing nothing. I will be taking this to court. Very sad .

      Absolutely horrible to deal with. Placed and order, recieved half of it. Contacted their customer service department, after the absurd process of determining that I didn't actually receive the items I payed for I was told I would recieve shipping information for the remainder of my order in "1-2 business days". Apparently their business days work similar to dog years as 2 weeks later I had recieved no such shipment, or notification thereof. Any inquiry I made was ignored and as of this review I have to open a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back out of this companies hands. ***********************************************

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we do appreciate your time and consideration. Contrary to the customer description of his purchase, he did receive his purchase. He requested to proceed with a return, as he had sold his vehicle (****************************). The customer was provided a quote to return his purchase, as the product was not vehicle specific. The customer was then provided a quote for the return, which he did accept (***********************). The issue essentially came to light, once the customer realized he needs to place a new order and the return shipping fee's would be deducted from his total refund. We again thank you for bringing this to our attention and can provide the full email thread upon request.

      In the time since I posted this comment, this company had issued me a refund weeks after requested, so in this instance I will acknowledge that EVENTUALLY they acted with the bare minimum of decency. However, this response is an ************, I have NOT sold my vehicle. I only requested a refund because this company has clearly given up on customer service of any sort. I challenge this company to provide this email thread they claim exists because it simply does not. They had the opportunity to keep my business and chose to ignore, stall and hope they could simply inconvenience me out of my money. Now, after they finally refunded me for products I did NOT recieve, they have the gall to try and discredit a legitimate complaint. *************************************************************** *************************************************************** ***********
