      Absolutely Brutal customer service!! Ordered item in Oct 2022 and kept getting the runaround until I found an alternative product myself on their site... but here we are a month later and after asking for a supervisor to speak to they promised that'd call the next day.... still waiting

      Ordered a part & when I had heard nothing from Parts Engine Canada I called to check the status of my order was told the part was no longer available & that they were looking for an alternative. I advised them I did not want an alternative part & requested to cancel my order. Received an email conformation that my order was canceled & that it may take 10 business days to receive my refund. Called on the 11th business day & was told that this has now been sent to accounting & should get my refund at the end of the day but may not show up to my Bank for another 48 hours. * ***** * ****** **** ******* *** ******* ****** ******** ** **** ** *** * **** **** *** ** ******** ******** ** *** *** ***** ****** ******

      ***** ******** PartsEngine takes forever to process their refunds even when the problem is their own inability to fulfill an order at their advertised price. You will have to dispute the transaction with your credit card provider to avoid paying for something you will never get. **** **** **** *** * ***** ** ****** *** **** ***** **** ***** ******** **** *** ***

      *** ***** ****** ************ *** ******* I ordered step rails on line for my truck. I followed their guidelines and they sent wrong rails. They didn't fit. It took me weeks to get their return department to acknowledge the return. You can never speak to anyone, only email. I finally got approval to return the step rails. I never got a credit. After a number of weeks and numerous enquiries they sent the same step rails back to me. Then they refused to let me return them saying it had been too long. Now I have steps rails that don't fit my truck. I had to go to another company, ****** *******  who did an excellent job. I would never buy anything from Parts Engine again. Their website has wrong instructions so you never know what you will receive. Once they sell you something it is a nightmare to reach them again. You can never speak to a body and you have to spend multiple emails to get any response.       Worst company ever to deal with. Ordered a tonneau cover from them, took 2 weeks longer then expected to show up.... of course damaged. It took 2 weeks to finally talk to some one for a return. After that it took another 2 weeks for them to get me a return shipping label ( they wanted me to pay for the shipping for the product showed up damaged). Then after I sent it off it took another 2 more months to give me a refund. I actually was getting ready to press charges against the company. They have to be the worst company in Canada. They should do everyone a favor and just close doors.

      I purchased an ********* fuel injection system from partsengine on Nov 28th .. a few days later they said that there is a delay in shipping kit.. I do my research and contacted ********* directly .. they no longer made the kit I ordered .. So i contact Partsengine with this info and asked if i could pay the difference for the kit that is in production..... crickets... no response for days... I requested a refund on Dec 12th .. 5-7 days is their " processing" timeline.. it is now Dec 28th .. NO refund yet.. They have my $2600+ in their account for a month earning interest . I have been waiting for this refund so i can purchase FI kit from a reputable retailer . Let my ongoing issue with them be a warning to potential customers ..

      Hi,
      We do apologize that the product you have ordered was discontinued. Unfortunately, online retailers are the last to know this as our suppliers/warehouse do not get informed by the manufacturer when they discontinue a product from their production line.
      The alternate part number that the product was replaced with was also not in stock at the time as it was also on a backorder with no confirmed lead time during that time.
      We do see that your order was refunded, thank you for your patience and understanding.

      ***** ******* ***** ****** ****** ** ******** they list items on their website stating "in stock" when in fact they do have it. I had to call them to find out why the item hadn't shipped, only to be told they do not have it. When I asked for a refund, they told me that it will take them 10-14 business days to even process the refund (on top of the time it takes the credit card to process it). Why do they need to keep my money for 2 weeks before processing a refund for an item they sold but not have it? I then read all their reviews on various websites and it seems that is their business tactic. *** ** **** ******

      Horrible to deal with. Nothing is ever in stock. States free shipping but they will charge you after initial order and ask for more money before shipping. Everything is always on back order.
      I’ve tried to order from them at least 5-6times I’ve always had a refund 10-20days later because the don’t have it, back ordered too long, or jack up the shipping cost after the fact.

      Brutal company. Ordered a set of 3D floor mats which arrived with factory defects. Sent pics of proof and of course they were sorry that happened. The case was assigned to there returns department. No way to contact them except by email. 3 weeks now and totally ignored. Decided to go ahead and use the mats as they were. Not worth the aggravation for $150. **** ********* ******** ******* *** *** ******** ***** ******
