      ** *** *** **** ******** ***** ***** *** noone answers email or phone. Ordered a pair of work shoes and it took two weeks to get delivery confirmation another two weeks for ********* to pick-up. Received a pair of **** 9.5D work shoes when I ordered ****** Walk 9.0E. Tried to return using their website returns to no avail and sent several emails with no replies. Tried calling several times only to get message that the user cannot be connected. Looks like I am out of $175.00.

      My order just disappeared. They ghost my emails.
      Paid 165$ for two pair of pants and have seen nothing.
      I should have done more research and not got *******

      I ordered and paid for a pair of boots on December 26th 2023 they've only corresponded with me one time and they asked me if I wanted to refund because naturally the boot wasn't available and they didn't know when they was going to be able to restock it so at first I said yes I'd take a refund but then I said I would rather have the boot which they said they could get to me in a timely fashion I thought. I just want my money back at this point. I know there might not be a phone number to call for them but there's an address and Canada isn't that far away. Thank you *** *** **** ** **** *** *** *******

      ********* Seemed like a legit company with professional looking website and payment portal. WRONG! Only got an order confirmation after they took my money. Emailed several times asking about a shipping confirmation. Its been 7 weeks with no responses. Filed dispute with credit card. ***** *******

      They have been great. They've experienced a few issues with suppliers *** **** ********* **** *********** but have continued to deliver time-and-time again! Def recommend.

      This company is legit. But shipping does take a while. I ordered an ***** Vest for Christmas for my husband a day or two after Thanksgiving. I was very skeptical because I wasn't able to get tracking info like I was use to getting. It was being shipped out of Canada. It arrived today 12/26/23. But that was ok because we aren't doing our family Christmas until 12/30. The price was cheaper than I could find locally and there was no s&h or tax. So it was worth the wait.

      Ordered a jacket almost three months ago. Still no jacket, the excuse is they are having problems with their distributor. Same excuse always. Refusal to return my payment. I have given up and reported them to my bank.
