  I had a fantastic experience with Econica! Over the past few months, I've placed four orders for custom tops and matching leggings for my yoga classes. The team at Econica was very professional and patient with all my questions. The quality of everything I received is very nice. Yes, it took about two months to get my orders, but that's the processing time mentioned in the description, so I was prepared to wait. There's nothing like wearing clothes made to your exact measurementsworth every *****!

  I was very impressed with my custom clothes and the level of service I received from Econica! In June 2024, I placed an order for a custom dress and several sets of merino wool and cashmere underwear. I asked if it would be possible to expedite my order for an upcoming trip. Nat and her team were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional! My order arrived beautifully packaged just four weeks later. These are the most luxurious and well-fitted garments I own! I can't wait to order more in the fall!

  Unaccommodating, rude staff and a failed attempt at customized clothing.1. Unwilling to accommodate a pickup to avoid shipping charges, even though I live close to them, citing fairness to other customers. Extremely patchy and condescending communication from the customer service department. When I suggested picking up the merchandise, one rep recommended that I shop at ******* to satisfy my urge for instant gratification, which is a pretty incredible thing to hear from someone trying to sell you something.2. Purchased an extremely expensive pair of wool underwear made to measure last year, but despite taking my precise measurements, they still somehow managed to get it wrong. It's the most ill-fitting underwear I own. What was the point of making it to measure and charging an arm and a leg for it?Items on the website are advertised as available only for you to find out they are out of stock when you inquire about them, after which they are taken down.

  I had never purchased custom-made clothes before, so I was uncertain about what the experience would be like. I decided to order two pieces from Econica and I must say, they turned out to be the comfiest tops I've ever owned. The fabric is wonderfully soft and the quality of the workmanship is flawless. Throughout the process, I received regular updates on my order's status, and the delivery was prompt. The owner and her team were both welcoming and highly professional. I feel good knowing that such gorgeous clothes are crafted right here in *******!

  I placed two orders with this company. One went smoothly, the other order was a nightmare. They took my money and then failed to answer any emails or calls for three months. When they did finally answer my call they told me Maybe your neighbour took the package when I asked when they had shipped the package so I could check they said We were on summer vacation and then admitted they had not made my clothes. I cancelled my order and had to wait another few months to get my refund.

  I had my wedding dress and lingerie made by *** and her team. Because of our elopement plans we only had 2 weeks to come up with everything. The ladies at Econica completed my order within a week! I had to pay a little extra because they had to work on weekend to finish it up but it was so worth it! I have the most beautiful custom-made wedding gown that I adore. I cant wait for my family to see it!
