    Spent 31,000.000 and have no water pressure also would like info regarding rebates.... Called 7 x in 3 weeks and no response from anyone except to charge us 169.00 for a consult visit from a plumber regarding pressure. Their friendly until there is a problem , will not recommend ever. People in the phone arw always sympathetic but we hear nothing back. Again..spent 31,000.00 and have 2 questions

    Ryan and OJ installed our new air conditioner this morning. In no time at all felt it working. They were both courteous and polite and installed the AC in about 3 hours. When they left the area where they worked was very neat and tidy. Ryan also explained that the warranty for the air conditioner would be sent by their office. * ***** ********** ********* **** *** *** **** ******* *** *** ************ ******

    I called them because my A/C was no longer working. They charged $179+ tax to come and diagnose the issue. The repairman said it was either going to be a $4000 repair for a new compressor (not worth doing, better to replace the unit) or a $410 repair for a new capacitor. It turned out it was just the capacitor. He got one from his truck and installed it. I commented that the little thing was a really expensive part, and he said "yeah". He was at my house for less than 20 minutes, including filling out the billing form by hand and called to have my credit card approved.
    As he was leaving I asked how much it would cost to have a wall unit cleaned, and he said that everything is charged based on a scale and the lowest they charge is $410 to do anything so that is what it would cost. As soon as he drove off, the penny dropped that that was exactly what I was charged. I looked up the cost of a new capacitor online and it is $30!!! They charged me $380for the 2 minutes it took to install it. AT NO POINT WAS I EXPLAINED THIS. In fact, when I assumed it was just a really expensive part, he led me to believe that was the reason for the high price of the repair. I would have just bough the part and put it in myself. No tools were needed... it just gets pushed in to the slot.
    I have left 3 messages to have someone call me back to discuss and my messages have been ignored.

    The employees are extremely helpful and accomadating from step 1. Teresa in customer service couldn't have been more helpful and the technician she sent was very professional and helpful

    Mr. Furnace technician were conscientious and very efficient when they came to do our yearly maintenance on our HVAC system. Koodos also to their scheduling team for accommodating our request to accommodate us that day for our doctors appointment. The techs were in early and completed their task quickly allowing us plenty of time to keep our appointment.
