    My annual heating service was performed today by Claude, a long time service professional for Mr. Furnace. He is exceedingly knowledgeable and worked efficiently to ensure that my furnace was operating properly. Claude is personable and friendly. I feel secure in knowing that my heating system was checked out thoroughly and cleaned to keep it working optimally.

    We hadn't had our furnace serviced in many years. Upon contacting Mr. Furnace we were given a contact date. The service was prompt and efficient. The technician arrived on schedule and was courteous and polite.

    I originally purchased and had Mr. Furnace instal a new furnace and central air unit approx 14 yr ago. ( which btw was not cheap) I started with their maintenance program and paid monthly to have both units serviced and maintained every year. Recently two separate appointments were canceled last minute for our central air maintenance after giving them a four hour window for each appointment which subsequently cost me $400- of missed work over and above my monthly payments they still seem to have no problem taken from my account. I refuse to give them another four window, and really don't want to do business anymore with these things going on, but the woman I spoke to informed me, if I cancelled my payment plan now, I'd owe them well over $100-..... for what? No service call this year? Two cancelled appointments? (reminder .. has already cost me more than $400-). I'll be in small claims court getting back what I'm owed before they get any more of my money
